What's to say, I'm a work in progress. I read this saying in a Calvin & Hobbs comic, "God put me here to accomplish a certain number of things and I'm so far behind I will never die". Works for me!

Basically I'm easy going and extremely open minded. I am a non-conformist and totally enjoy the freedom of choosing for myself whenever possible.

It was in my late twenties that I first discovered the magic of proper nutrition. As most of you have already figured out. There is a lot to learn and everyone is different, from a little to a lot.

I first start lifting at the ripe age of sixteen. At nineteen I was hooked for life. After two years of dabbling I got serious and watched in awe as my body transformed from a 145 lb uncoordinated bag of bones. To a 180 lb athletic tornado.

As far as I am concerned life is never over. It's never to late to try anything, it may be to late to succeed but not try. At 54 it's all about the journey, the experience and the fun of living a life filled with adventure!

So much to do and so little time to get it all done. The real problem is the bucket list just keeps on growing.
