    Very good to hear!
The combination of the joint supp plus the forearm warm-up should really take off in the coming weeks.
    Keep it up! Great job!

DAY 12. 1 cap in AM

Trained legs and I don't have any problems on this day so there's not really anything to say for today.Saturday and Sunday are my off days from training so i will be back on Monday ready for that big chest day.

Day 15. 1 cap in AM.

Today was chest and i decided to flat bench today. I haven't flat barbell benched since August of 2011 because it would kill my shoulder. Well today there was no pain in my shoulder or elbow at all and i mean AT ALL. Workouts are going great very happy to be able to use full ROM again without pain. My knees have started to hurt during squats lately so we will see what happens next time i squat which is tomorrow.

excellent progress, no pain on flat bench is hard to achieve even for someone without shoulder pain.

DAY 16 Tuesday 1 cap in AM. I did squats and deadlifted on this day. Knees did not hurt much today which is good because last week they did. Other than that nothing to see here.

DAY 17 Wednesday 1 cap in AM. Was an off day no training.

DAY 18 of use today Thursday. 1 cap in AM

Well last night and today i had some really bad upper back pain and numbness/pain in my hands and arms. Went to doctor turns out i have a pinched nerve in my back, i think it was from my last heavy set of deadlift on Tuesday and i also worked all day before training and i was moving a lot of furniture and heavy boxes. At this very moment i feel a lot better though than this morning, i was prescribed muscle relaxers but i haven't even used them since the pain is minimal now. Don't think or know if the product would have anything to do with helping a pinched nerve but i thought it would be important to add this to the log.

So today i did heavy close grip bench, seated barbell military press, barbell curls and bent over DB lateral raises. Had no pains whatsoever in the close grips which i usually had a lot of elbow pain and during seated military press also had no pain when it would usually cause my shoulder a large amount of pain. No wrist or forearm pain during curls either.

It seems as though all my pains and issues i had before starting are all gone now, i still have 10 days of the product left so i will still stick with it and finish the log strong.

Sorry for the late updates...been kinda busy.

    As always any questions, comments....

Great to hear you have progressed so well with this and you still have 10 days left. The product seems to work well within the timeframe of a normal bottle which is quite a bit better than products that tend to allow the effects to really hit at bottle 1 but you need 2 or more to get full effects.

I think that's one of the things i like most about this product is that it works so fast. With some other popular joint products i was told that i might have to wait at least four weeks to see any kind of noticeable difference.

DAY 22 of use. 1 cap in AM.

Today i benched heavy and had some pain in my shoulder but not a lot. I was working out at my buddies house though and his equipment is outside under a canopy type thing but still out in the open, we trained at 6:30 pm and it gets pretty cold where i am and it was raining. I was wearing sweats but was still cold so i believe that to be a factor with the pain i experienced. Pretty much once i was done with flat benching though my shoulder was good, so that makes me think that maybe i should do more warm up sets when in an environment like this.

Everything is still going great even though there was some pain on bench today its still better than before i started this product when the pain was overwhelming and made me stop short on some exercises for fear of further injury.

are you also doing rotator cuff work? shoulder and knee injuries are like herpes, they never truly go away.
    constant maintenance.
  10. topdezzy AX Member

Yes with the 5lb dumbbells before each workout plus the forearm warm-up you told me about which has really helped my elbow. And yeah today after squats even though it was my light day my knees were killing me, they usually don't but there are those days when they do.

DAY 23 of use. 1 cap in AM.

Ok today no pain in shoulder or elbow but man my knees for some reason hurt like hell even from light squatting and deadlifting today. I cut my workout short because i just wasn't feeling too great, sore all over, lightheaded, sweating a lot more, maybe I'm just coming down with some sort of flu/cold or something and that might explain the achy knees and body. Just gonna have to wait and see.

    Today just sucked!

My knees always hurt when it rains, no joke.

Well it has been rainy/cold here the past few days  and that's when my knees hurt lol. Think i just really need to spend more time than i usually do getting warm when I'm training outside in the cold.

DAY 24 of use Wednesday was an off day. Still 1 cap in AM

Today Thursday DAY 25 of use. 1 cap in AM.

Feel a lot better today just think something i ate on Tuesday was bad. Well did close grip benching today and seated military press no pain really in the shoulders or elbows but man my knee is still acting up. Sometimes it won't hurt but then I'll get random shooting pains when just walking around the house...don't know whats wrong there.

As far as my shoulders and elbows, pain is pretty much non-existent now! :D

good to hear the pain has nearly subsided.

DAY 27 of use. 1 cap in AM.

Today did squat and deadlift. Like before my shoulders, elbows were fine as i rarely have any pain in them anymore. But once again my knees start to hurt when i get to the heavy sets. I will be going to the doctor this upcoming week just to make sure its nothing that serious. Other than my knees hurting now my pain that i had in my shoulders and elbows at that start of this is pretty much gone now....lol one pain relieved and another one comes up . Well tomorrow will be day 28 and my last day of using the product and it is also an off day but i will be back to give my final review/say on the product!

    Final Review.

I was very satisfied with this joint supplement as it really did alleviate my pain and allowed my upper body training to become normal again and let me use a full range of motion on many exercises that i was usually doing half reps on, and as a result of that i will be able to make better gains and reach new personal records. The thing i liked most about it was how fast it started working compared to other products out there that you would need at least 4 weeks to see anything noticeable. Within the first week i saw a noticeable difference and by the second and third week my pain was dramatically reduced and on the 4th week it felt as if the pain was no longer there, I would say it brought me back to a 98% pain free level.

Now that i am no longer using the product i am eager to see if i will be able to continue working my upper body like i am without any added pain.

Excellent Final review and truly appreciate the detail during the 28 day run. It's an amazing product and I'm really hoping it makes it to the shelves.

be sure to keep the same focus and attention to warm-ups, stretching, etc. during this timeframe.
