Just received the AX pre-workout in the mail today, ill be starting it sometime this week...maybe even tomorrow! I will update everyday, excited to see how this goes.
Ok so today i decided to begin using the AX Pre-Workout and had a pretty damn good workout, within 15mins of taking it i already feel the energy and by the time i get to the gym the concentration and focus was great, my rest times were also much shorter than what i usually take and it didnt hinder my workout. As far as pumps go, not much of a pump other than what i normally get but that might change with continued use. I was surprised at the effects since 1 serving is pretty small and i cant wait to see what 2 servings is going to be like. Also i took it 2 hours after eating about 35mins before training. If it means anything Height- 5'9" Weight-265 Today was Leg day Squat- BARx10, 135x10, 185x8, 225x6.......working sets- 305x5, 325x5, 345x7 <---this last set i got 7 on i was going for 5 but when i got there i just had to grind out 2 more reps. Leg Press-620x20, 710x20, 800x15 Leg Ext- 205x15, 225x15, 240x12 Lying Leg Curl- 155x15, 155x12, 150x10+big dropset My numbers on everything are up from last weeks leg day which is great.

Just got done with shoulders/traps, i took two servings today and the energy seemed to be the same as or a little more than 1 serving but with more focus/concentration and like last time my rest times were shorter than usual. Seated Military- BARx10, 115x8, 135x6....working sets- 175x12, 185x10, 190x10 Seated DB Press- 75x12, 85x12, 90x10 Front DB Raise- 35x12, 35x12, 35x10 Upright row- 115x12, 115x12, 125x10 Barbell Shrug(behind back)- 225x15, 225x15 Barbell Shrug(front)- 225x15, 225x15 Bent Over Lateral Raise- 30x15, 35x12, 40x12 Reverse Pec Dec- 120x15, 115x12, 115x10+dropset Pretty good pump today a little more than i usually get for shoulders, the day i expect a huge pump on is bicep/triceps and i cant wait for that! All in all two servings was good but i think i am going to keep it at one as that worked great for me and it will allow me to be able to use the supply for more workouts and keep the log going on longer. Also i do agree with adawg on this. "If i had to make a recommendation serving size, i would probably make it about 80% of what it is now. Meaning i think 2 scoops of the final formula should be the equivalent of 1.6 scoops of this current formula, i think 2 scoops might be pushing it slightly cause im getting slightly on the verge of sick to my stomach at certain times." Just remembered too that both of my tubes that were sent had over 50mL so 2 extra servings even though the letter said 4 servings per tube!! lol
All tubes were measured individually. There are 4 servings per tube. If your powder fluffed instead of settled during shipping then measure accordingly. Don't need no heart attacks
Nice looking workout, liking the weights and liking the exercises! Glad to hear that 1 dose is working for ya, cause I would really like to see a "longer" logg on this PWO..
So earlier today around 2PM i did biceps/triceps even though i had just done delts yesterday i felt really good and im not even sore, maybe just a little bit but not nearly enough to hinder a workout. Took the PWO 30mins before workout with 15oz water, the energy is still there and its good but what i really like is the concentration/focus i get...."tunnel vision" is a perfect way to describe it. Straight Bar Tri Pushdown- 30x20, 40x15....85x15, 100x15, 115x12 Seated Tricep Ext Machine- 110x15, 115x15, 120x12...By the 2nd set of this i already had a HUGE tricep pump, alot more than i usually get only being at the second exercise. Overhead One Hand DB Tri Ext- 30x15, 35x12, 35x10 Straight Bar Curls- 80x12, 90x10, 100x10(PR) Alt DB Curl- 40x12, 50x8, 50x8. Curling the 50's was also a PR for me! Preacher Curl Machine- 110x15, 125x12, 125x10+big dropset. Finishing with this gives the best pumps ever So today i was expecting a huge pump and that is what i got! Probably the biggest pump ive had on arm day or at least 2nd best. Once again rest times are shorter, i just feel like i am able to go to the next set and i cant wait. Since ive been taking the AX PWO i noticed that i do sweat alot more but that may be because of shorter rests periods between sets. Next workout is Monday and will it will be Back day so until then.... Any questions just ask.
I'd also like to add that i haven't experienced the itching or flushing that other testers are going through.
Today was back. Energy is good but the concentration/focus is still the best part. Only taking 1 scoop 30-45mins before workout. Deadlift- 185x8, 245x5, 325x3......405x6, 415x5, 425x4 Bent Over Row- 225x6, 230x5, 235x5 Lat Pulldown- 165x12, 175x12, 185x10+Dropset Seated Cable Row- 200x12, 210x12, 220x10 Hammer Strength Low Row- 270x10, 360x8, 360x8 One Arm DB Row- 100x15, 100x15, 100x12(my gym only goes up to 100 on DBs!!) Life Fitness Low Row Machine-150x10, 150x10, 160x10 First time dead lifting since February and i was still able to have a great and heavy workout even after dead lifting which takes alot out of me. Like i said before, the best part for me is the focus/concentration. And again taking less time between sets. Any questions about the PWO or about anything, feel free to ask.

Energy seems to be there still but not as much as the first or second time i took the PWO, although the great focus/concentration Ive been having is still going strong. Incline Bench Press- BARx20, 115x10, 135x8................175x12, 185x10, 195x9(felt pretty strong on this last set) Flat DB Bench- 80x10, 90x8, 90x8(Usually i will only do either Just Barbell bench or just DB bench, but today i felt strong and motivated so i did both and it was great) Incline DB flies- 45x12, 55x10, 55x10 Hammer Strength Incline Press- 180x12, 250x10, 270x9 Machine Pullover- 100x12, 115x10, 120x10 So another great workout with the PWO, concentration/focus still the best effect for me. When I'm reading your logg I get a very big urge to try this out.. I'm a person who doesn't give much for pumps, vascularity, insane stim in a PWO.. For me, Concentration/Focus and clean energy is what I want the most and is what affects my training the best! Good workout, you got alot of reps there
