Yeah the energy is good not like a jittery energy, and no crash after or the weird anxiety feeling i sometimes get after using a stim heavy product. Thanks i always destroy each bodypart and train hard when i workout.
Alright today i hit biceps/triceps and had a good workout again. This time i got to the gym about an hour after taking the PWO since right when i went outside to leave, battery was dead in the car so i had to wait for a friend to come and jump it. I was kind of irritated so it made me even more motivated for todays workout. Straight Bar Tri Pushdown- 20x20, 35x15...........90x15, 105x15, 120x12 Seated Tri Ext Machine- 110x15, 120x15, 130x10 Bench Dips w/2 45 plates in lap- 3 sets of 15 Alternating DB Curls- 50x10, 50x10, 55x8.....(55x8 for DB curls is a PR for me ) One Arm Seated Curl Machine- 130x15, 135x15, 140x12....(got a really good squeeze and pump.) Preacher Machine- 125x15, 125x12, 130x10+dropset(my biceps felt like tearing after this last set.) So compared to last time i worked arms which was last friday, the pump was even bigger/better and the weight is up a little bit on everything, maybe had something to do with me being mad about my car battery dying and having to wait haha. Best part is still concentration/focus, taking way less time to rest also its like i just cant wait to do the next set. As always, any questions feel free to ask.
HA! I know that feeling, it's really good, but can also be really annyoing... the fact that you HAVE TO wait... The workout looks tough, how was the pump in the forearms in the end of the session ? I always getting trouble gripping the BBs and DBs at the end of the sets... Too much blood in them HA! Keep at it!
Thanks! lol I was always a bigger guy, but since taking training seriously i've gotten reasonably bigger. It sucks to wait for sets but gotta do it lol. Yeah my forearms were also hurting big time lol really big pump in them and this time i actually noticed that my arms/forearms were more vascular than usual while doing the bicep exercises. I'll be doing legs tonight so there will be an update later!
Cool! Some bigger muscles feeling the PWO out! Hope you do some heavy squats, would be interesting to read how it might/will affect your time between those sets... Squats are usualy killing me... I nearly lose my breath between every set HA! Looking forward to see the update
This sounds great to me, I tend to be pretty susceptible to the jitters and anxiety associated to strong stims. Can't wait to try this. It'll be nice to see how it goes using the pwo on the leg day.
Ok sorry about the delay, i have been away since thursday and no access to internet. I did get in my workouts though and i logged them in a journal so i will post my leg and shoulder workouts tomorrow as i just got home and i am exhausted....and ill post my final review of the PWO.
No worries.. (Don't comment, Maite!) <-- inside joke kinda... Glad you wrote them down in a journal, it's so easy to forget some of the details even if you think you will remember them.. Thats why I always have a training journal, constantly writing down stuff that went good or bad.. Helps alot actually Looking forward to that update!
Alright so finally here are my final two workouts from last week using the PWO. For both workouts the energy was alright, seems to have not affected me that much but the concentration/focus was still very good and is the best part of the product i would say, Legs.....pretty amped up workout Squat- BARx10, 135x8, 185x6, 225x4..............315x5, 335x5, 355x7.....got more than last week! Leg Press- 750x20, 820x15, 890x12 Leg Ext- 235x15, 245x13, 260x10 Lying Leg Curl- 155x15, 155x12, 155x10+big dropset - - - - - - Shoulders, this was a great workout also....usually do seated bb military but left it out Seated DB Press- 40x15, 55x12, 60x6........85x15, 95x12, 100x12 Front DB Raise- 35x12, 35x12, 40x10 Upright row- 115x12, 120x12, 125x10 DB Shrug- 100x20, 100x20, 100x20....gym only goes up to 100 on DBs Barbell Shrug- 225x15, 225x15 Bent Over Lateral Raise- 30x15, 35x12, 40x12 Reverse Pec Dec- 130x10, 120x10, 115x12+dropset So for my final verdict, i would say that this PWO worked great...at least for "Me." The only thing i noticed that needs to be worked on is the energy that it gives, it seemed to die off with each day of use, but other than that a good PWO that i would purchase. The focus and concentration were great for me as well as the endurance/recovery. Energy- 5/10......could be better, was good the 1st and 2nd day but then tapered off. Focus/Concentration- 10/10.........best part for me Endurance/Recovery- 8/10...........Rest times between sets were lowered a good amount and yes i did notice a little better recovery with this compared to using no PWO. Serving size should be 1.5 as when i tried 2 it was a little better but not overwhelmingly great. If i missed something ill come back and add it in. As always...any questions just ask.
