    I'll have pics up by tomorrow, need to get a newspaper unless I can think of something else.

    These are from this morning. For some reason I feel like I look smaller in them, maybe a good thing, perhaps i'll post more later. Hoping imprint from webcam works, otherwise i'll be getting more tonight when I get a newpaper and bettery for digital cam.

    the time on the digital camera will do or you can write todays date and atten BB2K on a piece of paper and take a pic that way.

    Pictures added, if I judge can tell me if there sufficient to get started? I'd like to add more later on tonight, just very busy day at work and didn't want to get d/q for late pics.

    Editing stack later, adding more goodies.

    This log also marks my redemption from being spuratic since december 06 and bad diet, can't wait to start getting wieght back on, lost more than I thought I did..

    So i'll make this a weekly update since i've been really busy next to training, might be hard for me to keep a detailed log here.

    First week has been pretty intensive, focus is way up, so is intensity. Been sore day-to-day due to changing up my routine. I've started adding in the dreaded cardio, trying to get a nice bodyfat%. Already started accomplishing it apperantly, nothing like going jogging shirtless and having every stay at home wife stare and smile.

    Okay, on the nutrition side of things i've been hungry as hell lately, so ECA was started and have been counting calories and nutrient breakdowns carefully. Currently working on a small deficit but will probably be stepped up in upcoming weeks.

    Oh, and one last thing, strength and pump are coming back fast, should be back in the 300 club very soon (within a week or two)

    Yeah, I tend to run a lot at once, most of my stacks are fairly advanced (Depending on your definition of advanced.). Generally if its availible, i've used it.

    So normally I update weekly, but my double-tank in the mirror today after my workout made me feel the need to post.

    I have veins running down my abs.

    I feel great, starting to look amazing again. Next week I get bloodwork run, which i'll put up if anyone is interested.

    Happy St. Patrick's Day, too bad I won't be going near the booze.

    I fully intend at the end of this contest to give my poor liver a hell of a run.

    Recently workouts have been sluggish due to distractions/loss of mental focus cause of problems outside of the gym (Women, need I say more?).

    lol i know what ya mean, i have 2 weeks left in my contest and i am craving coronas like a mad man! the wife keeps the other stuff in check though, lol she is my training partner for weights, cardio and other activities at home...lol

    Man wish I had that lol. See recently it was more of losing my somone, its a bit depressing. Even more so that its been effecting me enough to interrupt workouts/sleep (She was a huge influence in me pushing myself in the gym).

    Hopefully i'll get focus back soon and finish getting shredded.

    you will be fine bank, i understand what ya mean, we all have been through that at sometime in our lives...thats what makes us stronger and smarter. keep training bro, there is another gal out there watching you workout and wishing she could train with you right now... so keep going!

    So quick update.

    Had to take a couple days off and diet went to crap during those 2 days. Back to training as of yesterday, experiancing some joint pain however (Odd, usually not something I have a problem with) so Cissus will be starting when I get a hold of it. Only other thing i've been having slight problem with is I feel bloated, like i'm retaining water or something, i'm honestly not sure this time. Seems like those two days off got my body all screwed up.

    If your diet went to shit you prob took in alot of sodium which is causing the water retention. Just get back on track man, uve got alot of time to bring it together!
