BB12's Training Log (I'm Back!)

    Well, I figured since all the logs are over and keeping a log is the best way for me to make progress....

    I need to stay focused... So, here we go...

    8 WEEKS OF WESTSIDE SYTLE TRAINING

    Will only be posting on 2 or 3 sites..First ever non-sponsor'd log!

    I'll be posting the Eating Plan/Supplements and Workouts as I go.... (workouts maybe in PDF.. there kinda crazy)

    I'm still trying to get to 10% BF or less by the end of December...

    The Workout

    Sat - ME -Back
    Sun - ME - Bench Press

    Tues - DE- Squat
    Wed - DE- Bench (Carb Load Day)

    Fri – Carb load only at night

    High fat/Pro - Only carb loading after leg day (Wednesday) and Friday nights (5:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

    The Eating Plan

    Non-Carb Days

    Breakfast - 6:30 am
    4 whole Eggs
    1 Mozzarella cheese stick

    Mid-Morning - 9:30 am
    1/2 cup of Almonds
    1 scoop of Protein in water

    Lunch - 12:00
    10oz of Lean Meat (turkey, chicken, lean beef)
    Small Salad
    Mozzarella Stick

    Mid-Afternoon -3:00
    1/2 cup of Almonds
    1 scoop of Protein in water

    Dinner - 5:30
    10oz of Lean Meat (turkey, chicken, lean beef)
    Small Salad
    Mozzarella Stick

    8:30 (pre-workout supplement 3g of BA, CEE, 3g of different types of L-Arginine)

    Workout -9:00

    After workout (if needed) - 10:30 pm
    4 whole Eggs
    1 Mozzarella stick

    Supplements

    3-5g of BA
    2-4g of CEE
    3g of different types of L-Arginine
    BCAA (not AX's)

    Schiff's Move Free Joint Advanced triple strength

    Thanks... I've been doing some out of the box workouts for the past 60 days.... if you haven't seen them... your in for a treat this time around....

    This should blow all my other (previous AX) logs out of the water.....

    oh... and around week 4.... I'll be adding the "cleaning out the AX closet stack" in there!

    Wow... I was a little suprised when I did my inventory this morning... a little lower than expected, but still not to bad.

    What's missing from the photo is my kitchen cabinet (SDNG, Mass FX "org", and other Trisorb... AxCite)
