    What's up Axholes.....been gone for a few years and hanging around some other boards and now I am back home. I've been up and down....got ready for a show and didn't do it because I got hurt. I am training 5 days a week and not really sure what my goals are right now. Not sure if I want to get bigger, leaner....not sure. I will start posting my workouts this week. Good to be home.

    Ok well here goes......Today was back and bi's. Warmed up with some wg pulldowns and cg pulldowns. I am using a P/RR/S training protocol. I'm on the second day of power week. Let's go:
    Deads: 135x10 warm up, 225x8, 315x6, 405x5
    Cable rows: 180x8, 220x6, 260x5
    Dual db rows: 55x8, 70x6, 80x6
    SA pulldowns: 60x12, 85x10, 115x8
    Alt Db Curls: 40x8, 50x6, 60x5
    BB Preacher: 75x8, 95x6, 105x6
    Dual Rope Hammers: 35x12, 45x10, 50x10
    DB wrist curls: 40x12, 50x10, 55x8
    Shooo, feeling big and swole. Good workout!!!

    Morning all. Already at work and got the Monday workout in. It went like this:
    BB shrugs: 135x15, 225x12, 315x10, 365x8
    Shrugs:100x8x3 100x6 (they only got hundreds)
    DB Press: 70x8, 80x8, 85x6
    Arnold press: 50x8, 60x8, 70x5
    Leaning DB laterals: 30x8, 35x8, 40x6
    Pronated Rear DB laterals: 30x8, 35x8, 40x6
    20 min of cardio and some post workout protein.
    Felt really good today. Tomorrow is an off day and then legs on Wed :)
