    LOL, my old gym had a sign hanging by the squat rack that basically said "if you're using this equipment for something other than squatting and someone needs it to squat....give it up." I miss that gym

    Leg day on Tuesday
    Leg Ext 4 sets to warm up. low weight/high reps
    BB Squats 4 sets HTC 405 for 8 on the last set
    Leg Press CTA 720 for 10 on the last set
    Sissy squats 3 sets last two holding a 45lb plate
    walking lunges 2 sets
    Kneel hams 4 sets
    Seated hams 4 sets
    calves seated and 45 degree mach
    45 minutes of cardio. HR between 120-134
    Good workout

    It's a bit up in the air at the moment. Just moved, finances are tight, and if I do one big trip this year, it's either the Arnie or the annual club bike run. Eh... I'm kinda more apt to do the bike one, but if I swing Ohio, I'll definitely let you know!

    Well Thursday is delts sooooo:
    20 minutes cardio to warm up
    Seated press
    DB laterals 4 sets
    Seated lateral mach 3 sets
    rear delt mach 4 sets
    standing alt db press 3 sets
    thumbless db lateral raise 3 sets and a drop set
    db shrugs 4 sets and a drop set
    Not a bad workout.....except for the additional people milling around.....getting in my way. :)

    Trained over the weekend because I had to take today off. Did back Saturday and legs Sunday. Gym was pretty deserted yesterday....except for the guy who weighed 160 shrugging in the squat rack for 30 minutes.....I swear I almost monkey dunked him. Finally got in and polished off legs. Some cardio as well this weekend and down 8lbs when I weighed this morning.

    Arms and chest last night with cardio only tonight. Diet is going well.
