I don't know if it is psychological or not, but it looks like the muscles are a little less flat than they usually are after sleeping.I also have researched a little about catabolism while sleeping in this forum, but didn't find much information. Anyway, when I wake up in the middle of the night, I'm hungry, so a take a scoop of whey protein.What you think?
