Cowboys Ax Preworkout Test Log

    Sup guys,

    I'll be starting the beta product tonight. I planned on starting the day I got it but due to crap weather and lightning striking 2 of my WAN towers... 16 hour days the last 4 days...

    Anyway...

    Look here for the review later tonight!

    Today is Bi and Tri day!

    Sorry about not being around.. Between the storms and family issues... ugh..
    Anyway.. On to my review:

    6/14

    Today was a pure chest day - decided to dive right in with the recommended dosage..

    About 10 minutes later, my face and back started to feel strange, started tingling pretty good.. then burning... got hot... really hot... Arrived at the gym and immidately started working out..

    Felt energized and ready to go.....and hot... my skin was itching pretty bad but I just kept going..

    I do not keep an exact log of what I do when I work out beacuse I change it up so often, I like to keep my muscles guessing. This has worked well for me. About half way through my work out I felt dizzy, when to the locker room to sit for a few.. I noticed my arms and stomach turned a slight red/pinkish.

    After about 6-8 minutes of sitting, I went and did my normal 45 minute cardio. I must say, I definitely had a good workout, and had alot more focus then normal

    6/15 - Was able to do an hour of cardio before worked called :/ I worked 14 hours after I left the gym (even had my work clothes with) and I really didn't crash til about 10 hours later.

    6/16 - Today was leg and back day. I took 2 services to see how I would react...WOW.. I hate legs.. I had no issues burning through them. (and I mean burning) I was on fire.. but the pumps and energy were crazy. I loved every minute of it. Got done with my legs and back and felt great, decided to hit up some ab workouts before doing 45 minute cardio.

    6/17 - Didnt' take it, off day.

    6/18 - Bicep and Tri day - Started off with 30 minutes of cardio. I normally do not do this beacuse I feel it burns my energy for working out. I wanted to see if the preworkout would keep me going... and it did..

    I had a decent workout for bicep and tricep, not as good as I would have liked.. but I was not feeling to good after cardio for some reason.. I am not sure if it was something I ate or the preworkout.

    6/19 - Family emergency

    6/20 - I think things have finally calmed down, will be hitting up the gym later today!!

    Thanks for the update, bro! Sorry to hear about your "family emergency", hope it went well!!
    When you're done with the testing, could you post up a final review with a score for each cathegory i.e. Focus, Strength, Endurance.etc. It would be great :)

    Things are way to crazy in my life.. haha

    Focus overall I'd give it a 8/10 - Even the days I didn't feel like working out, my body was urging to train.
    Strength - I'd give it a 7/10, I didn't really feel like I could lift more, it was more that I could keep going in the gym.
    Endurance - 10/10 - This was amazing, my body felt was though it would not give up. I had to be careful because I didn't want to really overwork my muscle to the point of hurting them.
    Taste - I cannot really comment because I do not think any flavor was added..
    Other things I have felt - My skin was continuously on fire, I did get some red/pink patches on my skin.

    Would I take again... Yes
