Hi everybody, il start off by saying that I hope everyone had a good christmas and new year as this is my first post of 2012.

    Now to my question.

I found out on friday that im working away for 2 weeks and this will be a regular occurance in the future and so im currently trying to find myself a gym near where im working. The other problem however is diet as I only have access to a fridge and microwave and so I cannot cook chicken etc.

Im looking to see what suggestions you have? Here is what iv got so far:

    Eggs
    Nuts
    Milk
    Canned tuna
Sandwhich fillas such as beef and chicken slices.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated

well, there are a lot of canned options, just be sure to rinse them.
the next option is to cook the chicken and if there's a frig, it has a freezer, so freeze each portion in zip lock baggies. You can just mic them when you need to.

Forgot to put whey on my list, I was looking for protein ideas but forgot to specify this.

Unfortunately no its just a fridge otherwise that would have been a good option. Im back now and didn't manage too bad, cooked meat from the fresh isle along with milk where my main sources of protein as I didn't have any whey.
