The belly goal is classic. :D

Looking forward to your forward progression.

What supps are you using, nutrition plan are you employing?

How's that bench - continuing on the raising trend?

Gut? That's not a gut!!! Everyone is so hard on themselves!!

Nice stats and great beginning goals. I hope you reach them all and beyond. Best of luck!!

First, I will address the bench-----After stopping the cycle of Xfactor because of sore tendons, I also got sick. Not to mention, the incorporation of close grip bench and dips are really hard on my left shoulder. Former football player who was a heavy Alstott-esque runner. Needlessto say that and heavy lifting may have taken its toll. For whatever reason its the close stuff that hurts it. Anyways, I could only fight through it so long, but Im going to incorporate more weighted/unweighted dips again without the use of closegrip bench and see how that fairs. I have also taken more of a rep approach because Im not a powerlifter, I dont think I have the body for it. SO allthough I may max out once in a great while, I have been keeping my reps between 8-12 with FORM FORM FORM. For this comp, and for myself, I will be focusing on the "cleavage" and the top shelf of my chest for that pretty boy look.

Okay, for the nutritional aspect. Basically what it has bolied down to is I will be using my surplus of goods plus a couple extras. I assume I will let you all in on my secret. Although no real change will be altered into my diet, I will be more concious about what I eat, as before it was a SEE food diet. I will be cutting out soda by week 2, as well as starting the implementation of drinking at least 3-4 protein drinks a day. So here comes my secret stash and it does vary from initial PM because "The item we don't discuss called SD that was licensed to AX by DS" was going to be added, so I had to compensate...

    Whole 6 weeks....
    On 100% whey
On Casein (I believe that is what it is called, will have it by the weekend)
Cayenne 100,000 heat units (and yea it burns on the way out, not in)
    GNC MegaMan Multi Vit
Optimum liquid vitamin (reson I have two is because there is debate on solid vitamins actually being able to be broken down in the stomach, maybe someone could clear that up for me)
    ES3
    Vitargo
    Lumatrim
    Yellow Dock
    Liver Rx

    First four......
    Methyl VOl
Phera VOL (I know, two wet STRONG compounds but they really didnt do too much for me as standalones so if sides are bad, will reduce use of both)
Possibly a tren product but I have to go check that out this weekend
    Fish oil
    Anagen
    Yellow dock
    American Ginseng
    Gingko Biloba
    Perfect Cycle

    Last 2 of comp.....
    Paravol
    Leviathan
    Possibly Stimx
    Xfactor
    TZ3
Possibly Mass FX (what do you guys think)

No wonder my girlfriend thinks I'm a junky. Anyways, I will more than likely incorporate a little cardio, but hopefully my workouts will be too intense to think about that. I think that is all. I will edit if I forgot something. Sorry AX, I love your products but this was mostly all stockpile (your's got used first, REALLY)

As far as training goes, I have stuck with a four day split that has seemed to work best for me. Mon-Chest/Bi's.....Tues-Legs/Pullovers..........Thurs-Back...........Fri-Shoulders/Traps/Tris

And I know Voo may be watching, so blood cooling will also be used.

TODAY, THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE MINI SUPERBEAST BEGAN!!!!

Know what the neat part is?

While I like your story, I didn't notice that you seemed to have inherited that same birthmark that bigboy67 has....hmmm - are you two related by any chance?

Guys we could have a serious epidemic on our hands -or- wild spontaneous mutation. Stay tuned, I am fixing to cross-type...

So, it is here where I will describe my journey from adolesence to mini beast. The theme among several other (b)logs is a story of sorts. THE TRANSFORMATION. It is here where we all become that primal beast within. Consider this submission to be the BEGINNING of my journey. I have the next six weeks in this competition, but the rest of my life to show you all how much of an animal I may become. Before, though, there was a much calmer, a much more "normal" version of me. Here I will tell you my story, a PREQUEL of sorts. Consider this an "Inside the mind" and body of the EGODOG.

    The Younger Years-Just a Pup
As a child, I was a little ahead of many other kids in the motor skill department. Alwys playing with kids the age of my older brother, three years older, I hated losing. I hated losing anywhere I went, and I was lucky enough that on most sports teams I didnt have to experience this. However, when I did, it did not stick with me (not quite yet). I looked up to Action Hero's like most boys, and this could have been the seed to my true self. I was unphased by most things, as I was reported to have always had a smile on my face.

    Growing Pains-The Teenage Years
Innocense had been compromised. Having been sheltered in a private school K-8, public high school was completely different. Very gullible at times, I obtained and lost friends just the same. Always hurt by unloyal people, I kept it in. I hit the weight room and excelled at football and track. I kept making gains. Freshman year-160, Senior year-195 and a 4.5 forty yard dash to fit.

College years-An animal was in the making
College was fairly upsetting. Too low on the ACT to go IVY league (Grades were good enough), too small for true fullback for D1, not fast enough for D1 Tailback, I ended up settling for a D2 Fullback/Taiback. Unhappy there, I made the move to NAIA. A utility back I could move back and forth from Full to Tail. Having found supplementation, I was deemed TOO big for our backfield, after having split starts my JR year at 220, my senior year at a lean 230 I didnt play but a few downs. I yearned for competition. I annialated all those in front of me in practice. I still strived forward. It was no excuse. I had to get bigger. I took NO prisoners. It wasnt about football, I had a need to get bigger. Nothing was going to stop me. At the cessation of my collegiate career, I left with a degree, a bitternes towards the coaches, and new love (weightlifting)

    Until Now
The following years had hit me hard. Due to a few personal issues, I went almost 7 months with very little working out, maintaining an average amount of what I had, but definately no gains. I definately had no drive to do legs. After I came out of my slump, no more did I care about what others thought. I am my own man. I have limited friends because it seems to me that I am a better friend than people were to me, talk about a letdown. But no longer did I care. I lift for myself. I couldnt find a workout partners because after each stage in life, more and more people drop like flies. What transpired over this past 2.5 years has made me into what I am today. I am constantly learning and now workout with more knowledge of the body than previously known, of course this will continue to be the case for most of us. I am intense, motivated, and unfortuantely bittered by some of lifes human interactions. I am constantly hot. Not because of the daily dose of cayenne, but because there is a fire inside of me that cannot be extinguished. Is my football career over? More than likely, but I will not count it out just yet. I dont do it for that. Somewhere I have stored away some notion that "bigger is better" so I constantly bulk. I cannot make myself taller, but I can make myself a MONSTER of sorts. So, now, I have come here to prove myself. These are the proving grounds of opportunity. I welcome all challengers as this is not just about competition, but about ourselves.

This is my story. My epic story has now begun. What you will see at the end of a mere 6 weeks may frighten you, so small children or those with weak stomachs may need to look away. It has begun!!!
  9. egodog48 New Member

I get it now.....I was afraid if you all saw the real me that it would skew the results since I'm soooo pretty......Depending on the results after this six weeks, I may have the birthmark removed to show the world what this dog is all about :D
  10. TTewell New Member

That took me about 10 minutes to understand LMAO!
  11. egodog48 New Member

Let me kow what you guys think, but I have what I believe as rebound gyno from natural test booster. im running anti e's now, but should I stop use of the pH's listed too, or will running the anti's be goood enough. I dont want to be a unilateral gyno nipple freak.
  12. monsterstealth New Member

What do you have in mind for PCT?
  13. egodog48 New Member

I think I am gunna stop after this week with the current pH's and run Epistane. PCT will be TZ3, Paravol, and possibly something else that has yet to be considered. Shouldnt need to be much with the Epi though.
  14. egodog48 New Member

Okay so this is the deal. Im dropping the phera and methyl VOL and will be running Epistane. Probably better because I need to lean out more. I will also be incorporating the Xfactor to help with the leaning and possibly something else that has yet to be decided....NOt too many people seem to be watching, maybe I'll just have to blow this competition away...
  15. bigboy67 New Member

i keep telling them ego, if we show our faces, lives could be ruined :D

i dont want to be responsible for a bunch of girlfriends and wives leaving to get a piece of bigboy, i like you guys too much
  16. monsterstealth New Member

I would definatley consider a SERM in your PCT. Even though epistane does not shut you down that hard, it still shuts you down. The general concensus is that a SERM is needed in PCT, and still should be the meat and potatos of it.
  17. egodog48 New Member

    Dually noted....
  18. BB2K 500lb Squat Club

man epistane is the shizzle, i have a bottle at the house but have to wait to take it. I can not wait to try it. so many positive results with it!
  19. egodog48 New Member

well i had to settle for hemaguno because of its availability to me. We will find out if it is comparable. I would have rather had the epi.
  20. egodog48 New Member

This is more of just a note to me but, 3 days and 2 workouts on hema and vascularity has somewhat improved. And I just finished up with measurements above for those following along with the thread...
