Strength and performance have decreased and weight increased. I need advice what I should try Stim X or Lean Fx. And if I should use a testosterone booster and which one.

Testosterone booster, imho. Yeah sure, Lean-FX could help you out controlling your cortisollevels and thus help you recover better. But the mentality and strength increases you would get from Mass-FX would probably suite you better in this situation. I can really relate to this situation, I just find out that my son suffers from SMA, a very ill disease (won't explain more then that), I lost my overall performance and strength, mood was done and I felt like shit.. Now I'm on Mass-FX cycle and the alphamale state I'm in now is crushing the weights, literally! I was long ago I felt this strong and that "go/aggression" in the gym.

This is kinda what I love with testosterone boosters, the effect they have mentally! It is really underestimated! And Mass-FX is really the king of the Alpha-Male state too!

Slim fx and/or lean fx are going to improve your body composition by burning fat.

Strength and "performance" (not sure what you mean by this) would remain untouched.

As Eizbear suggested, I would go with MassFX.

By performance I mean my conditioning on plyometric exercises and high rep body weight exercises have gone down. As for strength my deadlift and squats are way off. I am 5'9, 235lbs and 25% body fat. I have dialed in my diet the last month but without any real progress. My goal is to shred my body fat as well as gain in strength and not necessarily mass size. I have used slim xtreme in the past with great success. I guess for my goals I don't understand the difference between lean fx and stimulant X (for body fat) and the difference between mass fx and hard fx (for strength). I am thinking of stacking one of each. Maybe I am just over thinking this. Thanks for any advice.

Im Just wondering, before your strength started to drop off, had it been going up? E.g. You could bench 225 it went up to 240 over a couple of weeks and then you platued at 240 and now its going back down?

Try changing what your doing in the gym if you havn't changed your routine in a while and some rest could be good for you mentally and physically.

Also...is there a different link to the Cycle Designer that works?

Humm thats strange, as far as strength goes, having a full week of no exercising at all usually allows me to recover and get back into gaining strength again.

Indeed.. A Recovery week would probably be good for you, with lots of BCAA,high quality food and plenty of water!

But I still stand for what I wrote at first, the mood affecting properties from Mass-FX would probably make you to a new person in the gym. It shouldn't be underestimated!

I've heard of that being called "strategic deconditioning". We build strength when we lift, but we also build endurance, which counteracts strength.

OK...I've done it...I have been on Stim X, Lean FX, and the TST/MassFx combo for 5 days. I feel a little different on my workouts but not too much yet. Muscles a little sore from being able to workout a little more than I normally do. Weight loss still isn't there.

5 days is a bit short to be honest!

Hmm, are you trying to lose weight?
  13. Morejunk New Member

Yes...I want to lose a weight as well as increase strength

I can relate to your fading performance then.. You're trying to get stronger while eating less right ? I wont say that it's impossible, but it's really hard for one to achieve that... I would rather recommend that you first try to increase your strength and after that you go on a cut!

Right now I'm not eating much less...I'm more of cleaning up the diet or making better choices. I'm on day 6 and are starting to feel better on my workouts. Weight is down from 232.4 lbs to 229.

I am almost to 30 days of using Stim X, Lean FX, and the TST/MassFx. I really havn't seen the weight loss I was hoping. I have been noticing workouts much better, so I may be gaining muscle. Any thoughts on switching up what I'm taking? I was thinking of switching to Slim Fx, Ultra Reps, Axcell, and German Creatine. Also what is the difference in taking Ultra Reps vs Carnobolic?
FYI I take Lean Pro Matrix for my protein shakes...Is there any athletic xtreme shake in the works or recommendations?

The recommended cycle for MassFX is 8 weeks, are you going to continue running it? As for adding any of the products from the new ultra series line there wouldn't be any prob in taking any of those with the MassFX.
Personally I wouldn't take SS and SFX on the same day but they of course can be alternated.
Ultra Reps is very similar to Carno but also has the added Creatine. SS also has it. I love the combo because it makes your creatine stash last longer lol.
Performance wise just about everything from the new lineup can really help you along there.
SFX is going to provide clean energy and appetite control but that isn't the best route when trying to gain muscle.
It's all going to depend on your goals.
