    Well here are my photos. I will have the rest of the info up later tonight i have to go to the gym. But i wanted to get these up.

    OK. here are the nitty gritty details.

    Age- 27

    Height- 5'8

    Weight- 240

    Goal- Cut 12 lbs of fat and gain 1lb of muscle

    Diet- I will be using the "cut diet". I will be eating at maintanice calories.

    Training- I will be using an HST routine. Here is a link for those who dont know what it is. http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html

    Cardio- 30 mins LI on lifting days. 45 mins LI on non lifting days.

    Supplements-

    Whey
    Multi
    Flax seed oil
    Glutamine
    Xtend
    Mass Fx
    Hyperdrol
    Melting Point

    That just about wraps it up. I wish everyone good luck and look forward to the changes everyone is going to make. This should be fun.

    Holla. Thanks big guy. I cant wiat until i weigh 140 lbs so I can fit into a large shirt from Ambercrombie. LOL

    You really want his contest I feel it. Your going to have to rip it out of my hands........

    Thanks for swinging bye again. I will be using Hypermass for the next 6 weeks. I did take about 9 days off from it so it will be interesting to see what types of results I get the second time around. I threw in some melting point just for kicks.

    Well then, by all means - GO FOT IT!! If you think you can win, then there's no reason why you shouldn't act like you're going to! All trash talkin aside, that's the attitude you gotta have in order to motivate yourself into really doing it!! No matter what the outcome, we're all winners here. The only losers are those who are out there NOT doing something about it. So, best of luck! With this field, you'll (we'll) need it!!

    Hey Salad.

    Good chatting with you via phone last night. Sorry if you sent that PM...my PM box here filled over night apparently. :ermm: I'll try and clear it out a tad.


    Good start - plenty of pics. You know all the big guys seem to be putting newspapers in their mouths...this reminds me of the taco bell commercial where the two lions are discussing approach of the campsite and the one looks to the other and suggest how's my teeth look and the other replies....good....scary. :lol:

    I'm sure Salad just had the same thought as I did... Put the paper in my mouth? or Duct tape it to my chest? Hmmm... Me thinkst the decision was simple, right Salad?!?

    Lunch is a great idea just as long as i can order broiled chicken, green beans and almonds. Lol

    Yeah I had no idea where I was going to put that thing. I think we all should have just paited the dat eon our chest. It would be the same thing as using a newspaper.

    This contest is starting to heat up. Strap your seat belt on.
