Bowel movements should be smooth and effortless. If they are not you could be doing harm to your body and opening up the possibilities of aging diseases. Lack of fibre is also one of the leading causes of obesity.

Fibre moves everything thourgh your digestive track. If there is a lack of fibre, then the foods you ate will remain in the digestive track longer. This allows for greater absobtion of foods into the body. With a proper eating plan your body will absorb everything it needs and dump the rest. If it doesn't, it's turned to fat. The longer food stays in the digestive track the greater the possibilities of absorbing toxins into the body.

Basically fibre is the digestive tracks cleaning prossess. With a severe lack of fibre, one becomes constipated. Now constipation can lead to many problems. The big one is colon cancer. Everytime someone grunts to crap they run the risk of creating problems in the digestive track. This can force the track to become deformed. Where tiny bubbles are made in the side of the track. Guess what gets caught in those. Yes, crap and that is there it will remain.

Ideally with the right amount of fibre there should no need for any effort at all. Fact 90% of the time I only have to sit upon the procelain throne and relax my bowel and the job is done in 4.5 seconds. Live healthy and enjoy the longevity!
