Hey guys, I met with someone to talk about my daily intake as far as food goes and they set me straight on some really healthy stuff. On the other hand, I am training pretty intensely but I need a solid workout plan throughout the week (preferably Monday-Friday). I need to mix it up a bit instead of the usual Monday: Bis and Back, Tuesday: Shoulders, Chest, Tris, Wednesday: Legs & Abs, Thursday: Abs and light cardio, and Friday: Supersets

But I do believe that it's best to cycle everything!That's why I'm not on the schedule now, but will jump on it again in the future..
