Going UP?.... Yea homie... As of now carbs @ 375 protein @ 300 Will probably stay on this diet for another week. Takin it a little slower this time around trying not to put on too much fat.. Cardio is 3 30's....

So I changed my mind, decided to go up on the carbs instead of staying the same for an extra week... So Its 400 g carbs 300 g protein So I normally do legs today but they are still sore from friday, So I might hit shoulders today and do legs tomorrow...we'll see.
Before I cut down for the show I had to pull out of, I was 220 n 11% bodyfat.... I dropped down to about 199- 200 and still had about 2-3 more i could lose. Now I'm at about 206 or so tryna go to about 230 235 this time.... But I'm 6'1 wit a small frame....
I'll just be following. I'm 5'10" 185 and my goal come March is 200+. I don't enter competitions, but just like to look good and push my body to the extreme. Best of luck!
thanks joe, and you should def be able to reach 200 by march.... And yes smallfry i am def planning on doing a show next year.. I was so UPset that i missed my show this year... but next year i should be much bigger, and much better prepared.. i have an idea of when i think ill be ready but it really is just depending on how I bulk this time around... if i can b around 235 and stay under 15 % ill b ready when it comes time to diet down. Do you compete?
No Not at all, but I always have the dream running around in my head. I've never seen a BB or Bikinni Comp here in Puerto Rico, but I would travel to Florida in a heartbeat if I felt I was ready. In other words, I would really love to someday
