Right okay i am currently looking to stack a massive amount of muscle on i started a year ago as a weed haha and now im starting to look bulky i was 10 stone i am now 15 stone i go to the gym everyday 4 hours a day i am currently lifing on bench press 75kg bicep curl 22kg etc.. on the next chance i get i will upload a pic to my profile tim i would pref get to your size or work towards getting to your size

well that depends on the day for example today i done an hour on biceps and an hour on back then done cardio for an hour
What are you doing, though? This seems like a serious amount of overtraining. Muscle is built outside the gym, when you're at rest.
Yupp, agreeing with Mr. Bob Sinner.. My training sessions are usually around 45 min, 1 hour tops. Everything over that and the intensity dies.. When you notice that the intensity dies then you need to cut it.. As Bob write, muscles are only built outside the gym, during rest and with losts of high quality food. A high intensity workout session around 45 min promotes more musclemass then mediocre training session for 2 hours.. Can you write your training schedule so we can see how we can intensify your workouts..
