Hey everyone! I just found out that, I have osteitus pubis!. It sounds like the only thing you can do for it, is rest until you are healed. I was told anywhere from 6 months to 2 years depending on the person. I was curious as to if any of you know anyone or yourself have experienced this condition. I have been doing low intensity stationary bike! My sports specialist said no traning or anything witrh impact, until my body totally heals. So I have been quite down, I was supposed to compete in October in my first natural bodybuilding show. But we will have to put that on the back burner for awhile. Any help would be much appreciated. One other thing, it's osteitus pubis of the pubic bone if that helps. Thanks AX team

I ripped this from a youtube video. Take it for what you will. I'm not a doctor (of medicine)

    Pelvic Tilt:
Lay on your back and flatten your back out tucking your bottom under your you and the tilt up and continue to do this 15 to 20 times, as long as they are pain free.

    Pillow Squeeze:

While laying on your back with your knees bent, place a pillow between your knees and squeeze and hold the squeeze for 5 seconds. Work your way up to completing 15 squeezes pain free.

    Pillow Squeeze with Bridge:

While laying and squeezing your pillow, flatten your back towards the table and hold that position while you raise your bottom off the table, creating a bridge. Repeat this 15 times.

    Leg Raise:
While laying on your side, place one leg over the other and lift the bottom leg straight up, off the table. Repeat this 15 times on both legs.
