Everyone had until Midnight April 30th to email me their before and after pics, stats etc. I got approx 5 emails. A little short of the total entries but oh well. I will take the 5 emails and get to work, it is going to be hard to decide for sure. There are some very impressive transformations! Keep in mind that my decision is final, I know everyone here will support my decision and that we wont have bitching and moaning. I will not post the before and after pics of the 2 winners, that is up to them, I will just make my announcement as to who got 1st and 2nd, what they won and how to collect their prizes. Sorry fellas, samoangirl and Lei Lei and not options. They're all mine. lol OK, I will post the winners in a day or two. Salad, nice pics regardless of e-mailing or not. You've lost a good bit o' poundage, and that's excellent. BB2K - Max is gettin his balls cut off in less than 2 months. Sure, we could stud him out, make big bucks, and have him all happy-happy. But then again, he needs to calm his ass down!! I'm not even going to try to handle a 6'6"+ 200lb horse in my house! All else - again, big congrats. As for only 5 making it through? That's expected. Inevitably there are folks that either fall off the map, forget about it, or didn't think they did well enough to go the whole 9 yards. This contest was a GREAT idea and a GREAT opportunity - not just for prizes, but also for the comraderie and motivation. I think we've all made some new friends here, and that's just dandy in my book.
The quick and easy fix is to get a can of cat food, mix in some rat poison and leave it outside. Humane? no. Effective? YES!
I prefer shooting them. I've been trying to get this damn cat in my neighborhood killed for the past 3 years. Just can't get the time to do it! Though, antifreeze is aweful tasty!!
Well congrats to everyone who made it through the grueling competition! It's time for me to start getting strong again! Maybe I'll put on my bench shirt or some briefs. I didn't put em on through the whooooole comp! I miss my babies!!
Whats wrong with that? I did every session just wearing sheik gloves and harbinger lifting straps. i would wear them even if i was going legs....i just looked so badass The whole gym loved the rear view when i did stiff legs. (I said stiff LEGS....mind out of the gutter)
