But even in the "worst shape of your life" my man, you look like you are rarin' and certainly a rather simple but adequate supplementation plan to boot.

    I appreciate the support!

So midterms are finally over, And I fly out to California ( Orange County ) Today for one week. If I cant get to the gym its high protein, tan, cardio, and low complex carbs. If I can get to a gym its high protein, tan, cardio, High Complex carbs. Can anyone reccomend any weightless exercises for Back? We do have a swimming pool :).

When I get back Ill give myself 2 weeks to put on alittle while watching my carb intake, and 2 weeks to carb cycle while still trying to put on alittle. Sounds risky I know, but its all for fun, and if monitored just right I can pull it off.

    I'd do this:

Day One: Do around 500-600 pushups, in sets of 50.
Day Two: Swim untill you have to doggy style. I'm talking about like..50-60 laps without stopping.
Day Three: Try and run somewhere.
    Day Four: Rest
Day Five: Abs (crunches, situps, etc..)

Weekend rest, then start over. IMO, that wouldn't be a bad workout routine for not having weights..

or even better... tie a steak around your neck and have a pit bull chase you.

So got in Fri after not sleeping for about 48 hrs due to mid terms. Got lost on the 405 with some friends and ended up taking a 5 hour roadtrip. Did some quality pushups not 500 tho :) swimming, and getting alittle red but other then that I have some serious work to due when I get back.

I think the rope idea would be awesome but Id rather it be holding me back while I chase the 10s I see all over the Newport Beach.

PS. Orange County does not resemble the Show THE OC in any way. Bummer

What a great way to exploit the fight or flight system for cardio.

I do a similar thing with my weight session.

I do chipups/dips over savanah lions

Squats with the barbell attached to my back with no rack or spotters

Benchpress with an electrical current that electricutes you if its on your chest for longer than 2 seconds

Skullcrushes with a drill facing my forhead protruding from the bar.

THE WORST ONE OF ALL!!!- Bicep curls with cardio bunnies watching

Really makes it you give your all.

Back from Orange County. Got a nice 12 hour sleep and actually look leaner then last week. My diet is getting in check, the Cosco trip will be this weekend.

Also, I should add I scratched my walmart supplements and decided to take Animal Pump starting today. I used it months ago with alot of success and found it at a decent price while in CA.

Ill try to post updated pics in a week or two.

Wow..... got me there, do you always take things so literally? I think itd be hilarious to pretend im benching 4 15 half reps really fast sets of 12. But I guess since im not a pro and you know all that cant happen :( O well, maybe one day
