A quick update. No pictures as I don't want to dishearten you. Weight - 82.4kg (Lost 2.6kg) Waist- 84.3cm (Lost 1.4cm) Keep it coming boys, this furnace is just getting warmed up.

Yeah, I noticed. I went knockin on the door and it was open. Shouldn't have walked into the kitchen lookin for him. Had to sit outside till the wife came home and wait for him to get done so we could have a decent conversation about you. Kinda gross...
