What does a wimpy academic do to keep protein synthesis up and running while still keeping conscious to make all those redox kinetics measurements? 1.5 cups oats 1 scoop vanilla whey 2 packs splenda 12 oz HOT coffee 37g protein 82 carbohydrates (12 g fiber) No real fat to speak of. i've had coffe flavored protein- BSN's moccachino and caramel latte... both are amazing... might give this a try but back the oats down to 3/4 cups or so.... thanks prof.
