Lose The Sugar Keep The Sweet.

    I started last winter to remove the sugar from my diet. I love sweet but sugar is evil and I need to it out of my life. The fact that they on put that corn sugar in everything scares the crap out of me. I now eat lots of dates to meet my need to have sweet things in the evening. Fruit of course also helps, not that I don't already eat a huge amount of them.

    I went off sugar when I was thirty and never felt better. Slowly, when I wasn't paying attention it snuck back into my life. Everything white is next, not much there. Fat has been gone for twenty five years, if it's not extra virgin olive oil or fish oil I don't eat it! Salt, I never add it to anything and still I get salt marks on my workout cloths. That shit is in everything. I life is great!
