Yeah, I have already decided that next year I ma taking the weekend off of work, and i dont care how much school work I have I am going for the whole weekend. I mean come on, I only live like 2.5 hrs away from Columbus, so its more of a responsibility than anything, right?

Had a hell of a good day in teh gym today. Lifts are staying strong and I am not struggling even with me being on my 6th day of a calorie defecit. Starting to finally feel leaner and the mirror is starting to agree with me. Followed todays lift with 20 min of cardio on the treadmill at max incline. Happy again with the diet today.
My 1 week update Well, I am down around 1lb which is where i was hoping and expecting to be, however I feel incredibly leaner. It is amazing what one week of perfect dieting and lifting.cardio can make you feel. A little of that may have been watter, but I am still taking in a ton of water, I have not really watched my sodium intake, still taking CEE, and have heard that Stim X doesnt give you that huge diuretic effect that is usually associated with an ECA for example. Nutrition this weekend was spot on again, I planned on a heavy cardio session on Sunday, but stayed out WAY too late on saturday night, and I officially hate losing an hour to daylight savings time. SO I was a little tired to say the least on Sun, so I dropped my cals to a noncardio day, and went for a nice long walk last night with my girlfriend and her dog. Calories will stay roughly the same this week, as I feel I am hitting a sweet spot for dropping some bodyfat, but still keeping my wieghts up on my lifts. Supplement changes this week are small but still significant. I added Melting point on Sun and will be running it for 4 weeks, I moved the dosage of StimX from 1am 1late afternoon, to 2 am 1 late afternoon, dropping sesamin dosage to 2 servings a day, and I FINALLY capped my Bulk Powerfull(the things I do to myself, WORST tasting thing ever, next to straight unflavored nolva or clomid!!!!!)
Mon and Tue Update. No crazy updates these past 2 days. Fealt really good on mon, tons of energy and power, and still was able to push 295 for multiple reps on my last set. Today was leg day, and today Iam pretty sure i destroyed them. We will see how well I can walk tomorrow. Didnt really do anything crazy, just keeping the weight high and still trying to push more reps out than what I have set for my goals. That along with heavy walking lunges as a last set really put the icing on the cake, oh yeah and cardio!!! Kcals are still relativly right on, and I am happy with them.
Sorry about the lack of updates guys. Last week was brutal on me. I had 2 tests back to back on the same day, and I really needed to work on some of my projects that I have to do this semester. Combine that with a 40 hour work week, and this weekend I was away on a church retreat, that was very relaxing and inspirational, but none the less they deprive you of sleep, and the food choice is not exactly meant for the health conscious. I did bring my own food, but I gave in once or twice and scarfed down a few plates of homemade lasagna!!!! We will call this weekend a refeed, and leave it at that. In all honesty I do not think it really hurt me, and the relaxation of the weekend helped me a lot more than I expected. A few notes on last weeks lifts. My strength is still staying were it was at the height of my bulk, and I hit a PR on deads at 455 for 3. My diet last week was right on target, with the exception of the weekend obviously. Hopefully I will have a weight for you guys tomorrow morning and macro breakdown tonight.
Here are my kcals for yesterday. I had a great workout and dropped my sets to 3x5 and really bumped the weight up. I weighed in at 212 this morning, which i was surprised after this weekend, but I am not complaining.
Sorry about the lack of updates guys. School and work have taken over my life, and since I made it mandatory for my slef to not miss any workouts my life has been well nonexistent to say the least. I have lurked around here and there over that past week. Quick update: I was sitting at 211 this sunday morning and since I have had zero life outside of hanging out with my girlfriend(translation-doing homework.cooking/eating,sleeping) my diet has not even had a chance to go off track. Unfortunately I have not been feeing the best this week. I did cardio on sun and lifted chest and back on mon, but I skipped Tuesdays leg workout and cardio today. I literally have zero energy and feel like crap. looks like school and work are starting to catch up with me. So iam taking a few days to recover and get back on it.
Wow...so many kids in college!! Hey, don't worry about this li'l contest. Honestly, in the scheme of things, school is more important to you now. Been there, done that for 5 years. Find the time to lift when you feel better. Just study smart, not too hard. Gotta find the rhythm. On a personal note, I didn't read a book the last 3.5 years of college and my grades did nothing but go up! I just learned to listen, attend study groups where people knew what they were reading, and I learned that way. I'm better listening than reading, and if you're the same, it may actually help to give it a try. Just don't try it during finals!!! Good luck, man. Pull 'er through.
