Alright guys here it is. I have a contest coming up on may 12th and im aiming for the lightweight div. Stats: 5'8.5" 176lb goal: lose weight, get cut for contest, maintain muscle Supplements: CVM extreme, muti vit, 17HD for part of the time, super aminos, ON whey, not sure yet when im going to start my pre-contest cycle of ph's but it will be toward the end of this so it wont matter to much. most likely i will use winztrol or trenadrol.

ya my weight and fat lose seems to be stuck. i made a post about it on DA.com and i think im gona try the suggestion as to eat a lot for one day to revamp my metabolizm. il see what happends. THIS MEANS I GET TO CHEAT! my first cheat in like 2months.
well boys im back on track! im going to be adding ThyroCuts II soon because i need a littel boost and cause of my little set back. oh...that pizza cheat soooo goooood and thats gotta be the first time iv eaten a pizza and it helped my body composition :sweat:

its deff the hardest pose to get. you gotta have the width along with a small waist of course. roll your shoulders back and flair your lats...lol best way i can descibe it. last year i didnt even do deadlift and that was something the judges commented on. (it showed :ermm: ) iv made leaps and bounds in the years time so i cant wait to see my scores this time.

Ehhhh I decided to just give myself about 10 weeks this year. Ive been really busy with school and work . Im actually trying yams insted of oatmeal this year, so far its alot better then expected. Good luck with the cut dude, do post the end result
