My AX contest pics!

    Well it looks like i'm the first to post. I'm going away for a week on a course so I'm giving you guys a weeks head start lol !

    I've been training for about 2 years. I started at about 120lb and am now 155lb.
    Although I have put on a fair bit of weight some is fat. My goal is to look like I workout when my body is relaxed. As you can see from my pics you cant really tell that I lift. the only time you can tell is if I flex my muscles. So on that note i'm aiming for a bit of a re-comp during this contest to shed some fat and hopefully put on some muscle. I dont actually like the term "re-comp" as we all know loosing fat and gaining muscle at the same time is pretty hard. So really its going to be a cleanish bulk leaving the fat loss to the anabolic pump and a bit more cardio!

    My supplements during the contest will be:

    MassFx 1 bottle
    Anabolic Pump 2 bottle
    ON whey
    Multi vit
    Fish oil caps

    As you can see i'm an ecto. here are my stats

    Chest 98cm
    shoulders 114cm
    arm 33cm
    thighs 54.5cm

    If i've missed anything let me know asap as i have to leave for my course at 6am monday and will not have internet access until the friday.

    Ahhh, Germany and the UK both represented in the contest - good deal! Recomp is always superior IMO so I am excited and enticed by your choice. 35 pounds in 2 years in terrific progress...hopefully the contest will trigger some quicker growth for you with intensity to the max.

    We will have to get together for Jackass 5 or whatever we're up to now!!?

    My training isn't going great but isn't going bad! A little pain in my left elbow has appeared, nothing serious, I hope!

    Gained 1cm on my thighs, same everywhere else apart from down 1cm on my arms, weird!

    So tell me whats this contest im reading bout across the boards???? any one mind pointing out the post for me since im sure its there... just too many logs... BTW kruz looks like you gotta good base to show great change good luck with your progress and watch that elbow... you go too hard on it an it will be detrimental to your overall gains for sure.

    poopy, it is a 6 week transformation contest jsut a friendly competition that some forum member initiated and some of us ran with it!

    aha nice. maybe ill throw up my progress pics from this cycle when i get further along.... although i dont think i have room for as mch change as some other contenders.... and it seems im a bit late....

    How's it going, man? Hope all is going well and everything is working out for ya. We're all hitting it pretty hard, or pretty soft, or just plain pretty!! Best of luck to ya - you've got a great base to start packin the meat on to!!

    Yeah its going well thanks. I've lost a couple of % of bodyfat and put a couple of pounds on. So I think I must be 5-6lbs up in muscle mass. NICE!
    Looking forward to seeing everyones transformation. Should be good!!
