Being into high endurance sports. I have come up with my super smoothie. This will sustain me for 6-8 hours. I use ground white chia seeds to thicken and slow the digestion of the smoothie. This actually being used with diabetic to regulate their digestion and prevent spikes. 2 1/2 cups non fat yogurt 1 cup frozen raspberries 1cup frozen blueberries 4 large bananas 1 cup uncooked quick oatmeal 1/2 cup ground white chia seed 3/4 cup hemp heart seed 1/4 cup hemp protein powder This is about 2000 calories and will carry me through two workouts. Strength and conditioning and then a 2 1/2 - 3 hour cardio. This works great for me!
