Great nutrition websites everybody should know about. http://www.calorieking.com/ http://www.nutritiondata.com/ http://www.fitday.com/
How's about Food Network's site? Either www.foodtv.com or www.foodnetwork.com will get ya there. You can search for recipes on it. And don't worry, there are plenty of recipes for all diets on here! Personally, I recommend Alton Brown from Good Eats! Good ol' A.B.'s never done me wrong!!
Check out DietFacts.com - they have a lot of calorie counts for restaurants and name brand foods. Plus, if you use Fit Day online, and are logged in, it will automatically add to fit day as a custom food. Pretty slick!
Sort of off the topic... I haved used their products before.. excellent body cleanse.. http://blessedherbs.com/
Thanks for these sites, I have checked them out and they're loaded with some really great information.

Thanks for all the nutrition sites. I am always interested in looking at different sites regarding eating healthy. I like the weight watchers one too.
