    Today was Back:

    Started with 15 minutes on the bike

    Wide Grip Pulldowns:
    200lbs x 10 x 4 sets

    ISO Hammer Reverse Grip Pulldowns:
    110lbs per side x 10 x 4sets ( up 10kbs per side)

    Assisted pull ups:
    100lbs x 10 x 4 sets

    Close Grip Cable Rows:
    190lbs x 10 x 4sets

    Smith Machine bent over Rows reverse grip
    65lbs per side x 10 x 4 sets

    That was it for the back I am feeling wide!!! The wife says my back is getting very wide!!!

    Sorry everyone have been under the weather the last few days finally got back to it today!!!

    Today was : LEGS;

    Started with 10 minutes on the bike

    Leg Press:
    7 plates per side x 10 x 4 sets

    Smith Machine Squats:
    120lbs x 10 x 4 sets

    Leg Extensions:
    250lbs x 10 x 4 sets ( up 5 lbs)

    Seated Leg Curls:
    190lbs x 10 x 4 sets ( up 10lbs )

    Kneeling Leg Curls:
    100lbs x 10 x 4 sets (up 10lbs)

    No workout today spent most of the day at the hospital my daughters water broke so no iron pounding today!!!

    Just updating everyone I am busting it at the gym just not enough time to post them I get off work go to the gym then to the hospital where my granddaughter Jaydyn Lyn is still in the NICU, but she is alot better today they are going to try taking the oxygen off her tonight , she finally drank her formula instead of it being fed through a tube, she is a very strong little girl, stil haven't gotten to hold her yet but soon!!!
    so as soon as this all settles down I will be posting again!!
