Possible Side Effects Mass Fx

Hi, I'm a 49 yo male, trained 5-6 times a week with great success for around 18 months.

It was easy to lose around 20kg extra kilos, but difficult to get toned. Started using T-100 but was recommended to change to FX Mass which I have been taking 4 a day for almost 14 weeks, without the recommended break. Due to believed testostron levels, and no side effects, it was thought a 16 weeks cycle before break would be OK.

With the progress I've experienced, it was just impossible to stop after 8 weeks.....

In addition to this, I've also taken 3 Oxyelite Pro over the last 4 weeks.

Until 4 days ago, I've had no side effects (negative), but now started profound sweating several times a day. I do live in a hot climate (currently around 35 c and hight humidity). The sweating is followed by headaches.

As I believe it might be the fat burners, I've stopped them 3 days ago, but the symptoms have continued - though believe a little lighter as of today.

My thoughts have been to continue the Mass FX for another 1,5 week (box finished), and then take 4 weeks break.

Questions - can my side effects be caused by the Mass FX or more likely the fat burners/combination?

Should I just stop with the FX, or reduce dosage over a few days? Any other recommendations? I'm rather new to the whole supplement intake, but see the effect I've had going from a middle aged overweight man to a fit man.

    Hi Munk,

Congrats on your progress and your new healthier life style!

About your concern with the sweating, it can be realated to the increased testosterone, but it's not likely, imho. You are over the recommended period of use, meaning that the product isn't as effective as it where in the beginning of your cycle. So it's more likely that it's related to the OxyElite Pro, which has an effect/side effect of increased sweating. But what I truely believe is that you're becoming more fit and have increased your muscles, which also can increase your sweating.. But to be safe, I'd say that you should stay away from OxyElite Pro a couple of days to see if it will decrease the sweating..

About Mass-FX, I'd say that you should continue your cycle, as it's not dangerous to continue past the recommended cycle.. It's just that the product is the most effective during this time, as the SHBG will become more tolerant towards the ingredients in Mass-FX.. So with time, the effectiveness of Mass-FX will decrease... So that's why you have a break after 8-12 weeks of Mass-FX... You could of course continue with an increased dose, but this is a point where Costs and effectivness doesn't go hand in hand anymore..

Hope you're satisfied with the answer, and if you have anything else you're wondering about, just hit us up! We're eager to answer ;)

Sweating followed by headaches sounds like dehydration.

A lot of fat burners work by increasing body temperature, which cause the body to burn fat more quickly when at rest. Coffee makes a lot of people sweat not because its hot, but because it has a lot of caffeine in it.

What version of MassFX are you taking? There will be something else written, like "maximum strength" or "the destroyer".

Thanks for replies which do make sense. I'm on the destroyer.

I've been off the fat burner for about 60 hours and the river starting from my Adams apple has stopped. I've been on the fat burner for almost 3 weeks and will stop it for now.

I've tried to stay hydrated but doubt I managed the 2 first days. Seems as headache also eased up after coming home from the gym tonight, so this works out just fine.

I started mass fx by recommendation from my PT when the natural progress of my exercise didn't proceed in same manner as it used to, however the mass fx for sure turned this around and for sure helped me to stay focused on hitting the gym.

Been thinking of combining this now with the TST.

Thanks again for your help with the issue - really appreciated.

    Munk,

I'm going to agree with what was said above, particularly about the dehydration. To me, it sounds like the introduction of OEP may be the catalyst for this. I have heard of people using the combination of MFX TD and OEP before without issues, but there are always exceptions. My advice would be to drop the OEP, run the MFX for the next week until you are done, and then...

TAKE A BREAK!!! Honestly, hate to say it, but you've been on it too long. We recommend 8 weeks on it, 12 weeks absolute tops. After a while, it won't have the same affect on the body, and right now, your body may actually be catching up and proving that it can do the work for you without the supplement. Regardless of what is going on with your progress, you have to stop MassFX soon. Afterwards, you must take a break from any and all products that affect hormone levels. This break is to let your body "come down" from being affected by the supplements - to let your natural hormone levels come back to stasis. How long? Usually, time on = time off, but you may do ok with 10-12 weeks off in this case. Long time, but it'll be worth it in the long run.

Any questions, just fire away. Welcome to AX!! We're here to help!!

You're welcome Munk! Glad you like the supplement.

Bob points out a vital thing here, staying hydrated while on a supplement as OxyElite Pro is really important. Well, it's important to stay hydrated at all time, but specially while using a thermo increasing supplement like that.

Adding TST (D-Aspartic Acid) to another cycle with Mass-FX is a great stack. Many people have liked that combination, Have you tried any other DAA product before ?

Hi Munk, welcome to the forums.:D
You can't go wrong with the above advice. The way you like this product the absolute best way to keep getting solid results is to take some breaks now and again.
Like Eiz said, I think your idea of stacking with TST after your break is excellent and you will be very satisfied with the results.
Keep us posted on your progress and feel free to stick around and take part on the forums :)

I hear people get heart palpitations from daa????
  10. thesinner Moderator

I suppose it's possible. This is a risk worth expecting with anything that affects testosterone levels, though.
  11. andybonse AX Member

why does it happen? Also if they did happen, does it mean you can die? scareing me now lol :(
  12. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

While I don't know exactly why it would happen, I would recommend that if it does happen, discontinue use of the product. If you know that you are healthy and your heart can take it, then perhaps continue. But really, no use putting yourself at risk over something like this. Listen to your body.

not to blame another product, but based on some different things you've provided albeit this may be a little late, but...
-is the climate always warm? what state do you live in? changing seasons can obviously have an effect on body heat.
-an increase in protein consumption can result in a higher thermic effect, thus increased sweating, more water to flush any excess urea.
-the addition of oxyelite pro was probably not the best idea either, as the rauwolscine in it can cause headaches, increased sweating among other sides.

    No.

A heart palpitations are just the term for an abnormal heart beat. They are usually benign. They are usually the heart's way of adjusting to a change in blood pressure or blood volume. Like downshifting in your car to go up a hill.
  15. Eizbear Not just a Moderator...

Exactly. Just as Bob says, it's a way for the body to adjust what needs to be adjusted.. Bad comparison, but like when you're exercises, the body produces sweat, to adjust the body's temperature.

Some medication also causes this and is regarded as safe. Two of my medications for my allergi & "potential" astma can cause heart palpitations. It's also common to get heart palpitation with energy drinks, coffee and other stuff that contains strong strimulants.
