Alrighty, I said the dirty word, pro hormones... but I was just curious about them. I have been on the triple stack of Mass FX, TST Powercell, and Hard FX for about four weeks now. Not to say I haven't seen gains but not the gains I've been hoping for. My diet has been consistently good after seeing a nutritionist and I know I'm getting well over 3,500 calories in my diet. Should I avoid a PH at all costs? I know that some of them damage your liver if you do not properly cycle and some can be deadly. What are your thoughts on breaking some of these barriers that I can't seem to get passed.

if diet is on, what does your training look like?
i wouldn't jump into the ph realm just yet, it's a tough game to get out of.

As far as training goes, I've been following the Ultra Reps Plan for Mass and Size (substituted with SuperSize lol even though the taste is awful). If I am feeling beastly during one week, I just do a split of 4 days: (Monday - Bi's and back) Tues (Chest, Shoulders, Tris) Wednesday (Legs, calfs, etc) Thursday (mostly ab day) Friday is "Freaky" arms day, nothing but supersets. The days I'm not actually lifting weights I'm thinking about starting the P90X ab workouts. Would you have any other recommendations? I'm really trying to bulk us as much as possible. A lot of heavy weight, 6-8 repetitions per set.

All pro-hormones put stress on your liver. Xenobiotic chemistry can't be avoided. Although I neither condone nor condemn their usage. Chances are they are (technically) not legal anyway.

What kind of gains are you looking for in a month? With tip-top diet and training you are hard pressed to put on 1/2 pound of LEAN muscle mass in that time period.

Strength on the other hand is a different story, but it requires much different requirements than the training split you have posted.

Just keep that in mind :)

You say you want to get passed some barriers. What sorts of barriers are you talking about?

If you aren't gaining weight, eat more. If that doesn't work, eat more.

Hormone augmenting supplements will help you reach your goals, but they do not contain calories.

On top of what the doc said, you can incorporate ab workouts, but if mass gain is your goal, the results won't really show all that well.
i'd stick with hitting abs 1-3 times per week, and 3 would be the max.
Stick to some basics with abs.
    10-20 reps per
    Crunch
    Reverse Crunch
    Hip Raise
    Bicycle Crunch

Just a little Admin warning on this topic, guys. We can't and won't discuss PH use on this forum. Consider them a curse word in church, ok? Keep it clean and no talk of use or recommendations, please. Thanks! :D
