Question For All Of You

    I currently have been off my omega fatty acid capsules! I take the omega 369, I have been getting good amounts from all my foods, ex fish, pb, olive oil, nuts etc etc. Should I still take the additional pills, or would I not need to if I gott all the essentials from my diet. Thanks ax team

    If you eat alot of food with high omega fat you won't be needing any additional pills. I pop em everyday and alot of them, but that's because I don't eat anything that has a high omega 3,6 value.. But if you have a week or so were you don't eat alot of fish for example, pop a pill... It won't harm you in anyway...

    Best answer would probably be just to take them when you don't eat anything of what you meantioned above ;) That way they would last pretty long too so it wouldn't be very expensive either..

    Same opinion here, it's actually what I do. When I have a day hwere I feel I've gotten some good amounts of omega, i wont take it. Mainly just so they last longer.

    Here's an old saying from back in my day. Taking vitimans makes for expensive urine. Body absobtion is the key. Therefore natural sources are the best. Sup's are for when that is not possible. Me, I take one tablespoon of pharmacy grade fish oil with my morning smoothy every day.
