Thank you smallfry.. I thought it would be good and jump right in and tell people what I am doing.. I am starting a transformation contest so look out for new info on my workouts.. AX will see some good progress on my end.. Soon I will be training for a show on top of the contest.. Looking to place well in my class.. Time to kick it in high gear.. Ok today is it my last day till training goes hardcore.. OBF transformation watch out here I come full force.. Pics will be up tomorrow night or Monday morning.. 16 weeks of hard core training..
16 week OBF transformation has started will have photo's up tomorrow. training will be fun and alot of sweat and maybe pain through out training. Lift heavy or go home is what I say.. Time to bring it baby. Chest and triceps tonight. This will be my log for the training I do in the next 16 weeks. So my AX family can see what is being done.
Just wait Sinner it is going to get better.. went up in weight again.. Bench is a total of 30lbs in two weeks and the same for the triceps i went up another 20lbs total

when you are lying on the bench chest to bench and you pull the weight up as if you are doing a bent over row but it is on a incline
