Abs are sore from the training I put them through.. it is a little less then I usually am... Tonight is back to chest legs have been done also last night... Squats 205 3x12 Legs extension 160 3x12 Leg Curls 100 3x12 P.R. Lunges DB 70 lunges P.R. Followed by Cardio 20 minutes on treadmill..Had 2 scoops of Beta Cret 20 minutes before my workout.. Sipping Gluta Tren during workout 2 Scoops. Followed by Post meal 6oz Chicken 1cup Broccoli !/2 sweet potato.. Total water for the day Gallon ..

Going to be changing it up some will be doing light weight with high reps for the few weeks .. Diet will be the same not much will change. Weight has been the same till this morning went up to 210lbs I do believe it is because of holding water.. Upped the water intake today.. We shall see if this helps out . if not the only thing it could be is Muscle mass has began. I do see a change so far looking to do New photo's on week 8 of my transformation.. 14 weeks out now time to kick A$$.. Cardio will be every morning for 30 minutes some days twice a day
