Smallfry Is Gettin Fuge

    Yeah ya read that right, don't know how "fuge" I'll be getting lol, but definitely time for some serious overall change.
    My life is getting busier and with all the little projects, disorganized ideas, the coming holidays and family, I'm going to be adding some college classes to the mix! So, since I haven't been able to keep up with everything I want most the way I would like to, I decided to call in reinforcements before the ever annoying *%^& hits the fan. I just haven't been able to steer my mind towards a decent set up or manage my motivation effectively.
    Soooooo, I got in touch with our friend GetFuge and he set me up beautifully with an intense 4 week program to start with. I just finished the first today, started off with Upper Body and let me tell you, Bill Cosby would eat my arms if he were anywhere near.

    I won't be put down the workout in detail of course, which in a way is a bit more fun for me sice I can just babble on and not have to get to deep into specs. But I'll put up any PR's or definitive Milestones.

    Supplements:
    Fish Oils
    Multi
    SuperSize
    Ultra Reps
    SlimFX (prob only on off days)
    German Creatine (on off days)

    I'm taking a break from LeanFX

    Goals:
    My Main Goal that I want to put before anything else is to Form A Strict Habit! Discipline! you know what I mean. I've done it before and I can do it again!
    Add some sweet sexy muscle, if fat loss happens (and from what I did today, fat loss will most likely be a given!) it happens. I'm looking to be stronger and harder.
    Like I told Mr Fuge, lots of women I know desire recomp and I'm no different, but for these four weeks my mind is on my muscle.

    Day 1
    Today's Notes:
    After a sweet morning cocktail of a ton of water with SS and UR followed by 8oz of apple juice, I felt the way Diri's 5.0 88' Mustang sounded this morning as it left to go get it's tailpipes soldered. In other words, Powerful! I sped through this workout with such a sense of "push hard" that I was literally brought to my knees as I finished the last few sets of push ups in the more dainty style.
    This is my 3rd time drinking SS and the 2nd time drinking SS and UR together. This time I felt the absolute pump and that I hadn't felt the first time ( the 2nd time only minimally) I'm still pumped right now and I feel like my shoulders are going to climb over my head! My lats are beating lol. I have never been one to feel pumps, it's a rare experience for me, therefore pretty novel. So far I am enjoy it very much. Gives me the impression I have more muscles than I really do lol and Adds a confident strut to my walk ;) Then again, on leg day it'll probably more a lurch than a strut!
    I am very happy with my performance today and very happy with the workout and support provided thus far :D I see this as the start of something beautiful lol and insurance that i will Not succumb to the Havoc of the Holidays!!

    Even tho it's only 4 weeks I'll be taking before pics and measurements today. Should've done it yesterday but...oops.

    So here we go!!!

    Day 2
    Today was everybody's favorite day!!
    Weeell..... I don't really know if it's everybody's favorite day, but it sure as hell is mine!! lol ;) Leg Day!!! More like Lower Body Day, But there was some sweet deadlifting done :cool: No PR's in terms of weight but I am doing some set ups that I've never done before. Pretty cool if you ask me. Nothing like new things to keep a workout interesting!! I started my workout this morning and got interrupted after my first set. Had to go out. So when I got home I started over (ouch!)

    Suppage: I wanted to try working out with just SFX but between taking it and the workout 8hrs had passed although I got home alert and ready for the challenge I don't think it was a fair way to measure SFX's workout input. I ate some fruit and cereal quick and waited a lil more than 45 min to start.
    Didn't take either SS or UR :/
    Fishoils and Multi I take in the morning almost without thinking

    Notes:
    Arms are thoroughly sore today, My back muscles feel tight so I'm going to get a good stretch done this evening in the shower (yes, I'm icky right now... blech)
    What I'm very impressed about is how much my abs feel worked from yesterday. I know why, I just hadn't thought about it. Very good thing, I love walking around doing errands with abs feeling sore. Makes me walk straighter :)

    I'm going to go load up on some water and food since I didn't eat or drink enough in my opinion, it always happens when I'm running errands, I hate buying take food on the road and I never plan correctly to bring food with me. Water wasn't soo bad though since I bought 1 at each cashier I stopped by (2).
    But first to remove the days dirt and dust.

    This Wednesday is an Off Day, I'm currently preparing to climb a ladder and wash the edge of my roof in order to put some hooks for lights up for the coming Festive Season :D so this should be interesting lol. I'll be in around the end of the day to review overall feeling.

    I made up a new bad word, Gastfluck, feel free to use it. I don't know what it means but I am sure it is terribly offensive. My neighbors are a bit far off, but I'm on a hill so sound carries. I prefer they not hear me yell obscenities while I do pullups, so I make them up. Not sure how much better it is to yell nonsense....but, there ya go....

    So! Day 3!!
    Upper Body

    My legs where nicely sore yesterday and today as well. Not only did I climb up and down a ladder yesterday and balance myself on my roof, but I also did quite a bit of yard work :). Yea that's right...my trusty push mower :mad:
    Today I decided to warm up my legs before hitting upper body just to make things a little more comfortable overall.
    I kept things at a better tempo this time than on Monday and made sure to hit each movement with precision. I managed to raise my reps on all my exercises just as I predicted :) and was feeling very strong and motivated today. With this setup I seem to be targeting the center of my back much better than any other point in my path to fitness, so thanx for that Fuge ;) I ended with some pushups on the knees again and I really want to get over that next week. I'm Sure I will.

    Cardio: Went a little longer on Cardio today than on Monday.

    Supplementation:

    Good: Took my SuperSize UltraReps mix just before working out. The full breaths I can take on this is really where I personally feel I benefit the most. I don't get winded like I do without it. I'm doing some High Reps on certain exercises and this is just excellent in that regard. Pump is sweet right now, tapering down from SuperPumpdom that I experienced earlier. Mid back is roaring.

    Bad: I forgot to take my German Creatine yesterday :/ oops
    All else is in order

    Nutrition: I ate more than usual today but I'm pretty sure I have about 500 cals of wiggle room still. And I'm hungry ;)

    Tomorrow is another Leg Day so I haz that to look forward too :D

    Day4!
    Pow! I just finished my workout, just now. SmallFry is tired and way behind schedule.

    Ok today (or tonight) was Lower Body again, I Hit Deadlifts harder this time around and am seriously feeling it. I'm doing a higher rep range with a lower weight than I've done lately. I didn't take SS today but I still feel a pump in my legs even after doing some ab work. And like I've said, I've never been one to feel much of a pump.

    Post is gonna be short today since, like I mentioned, I'm behind schedule and tomorrow should be an active busy day :D

    Arms seem better recuperated from yesterday to today than they were from Monday to Tuesday so Next Monday I better hit some higher numbers or I won't be happy with myself!!!

    Suppage: SlimFX! boy did she get me through the day specially the last leg just before getting home (shopping with mom :cool: ) to hit the "gym"

    Nutrition: Did really well with getting some quality protein, but still feel water wasn't enough. Gonna go get some now

    Can't wait til next week were some new stuff comes into play :D!!!!!
