Here I come to save the day!!! Last Week in Review The difficulty level is getting spiked bit by bit and some interesting things like position holds have come into play. My workouts spilled into Saturday because I missed Friday's workout, but in entering week three I'm finally getting that inner feeling that the inertia ball has started rolling and its going to take applied pressure to make me stop lol. Reps went up and Weights for Leg Days went up as well, so that's good isn't it? Just so you see how sometimes we get caught up, I hadn't realized how much damage I'd done by first taking more and more time between workouts and then just slacking off for a few weeks. Now that I'm in it again I realize I've had a bit of a setback but gone is gone and hindsight is soo damn clear it's annoying. So if your slacking, don't wait too long. In fact, if your slacking and reading this right now, get your butt in gear, get out there and DO Work!! Don't wait for the annoying voice of regret to whisper to u. Pain really is weakness leaving the body, it's like working metal, you gotta bang and beat it up to eventually make it into what you want. As for Suppage I know not only the quality, but the mental push of having a brand new set of supps to try out has been helping me stay on track this time around. General alertness and fortitude are spilling into my every day and not just my workouts, so yeah... I am feeling Mighty good Body perception 2 weeks in I've still got the bit of midsection fat I caught during my slacking phase, but muscles said Hello!! and strength is pretty much back to where I was. Butt is saying f u gravity so that's good and I think my forearms are a bit more veiny than before. These next 2 weeks I gots to hit it hard!! My buddy Bnat is going to be changing my training after those 2 weeks because I want to getting ready for the 10k ( I know I know, I'm always trying to get ready for the dang gummed 10k!!) lol. SO that means a pretty drastic change. After the freakin 10k I want a good long while of steady strength training dangit!! (I'm making an effort not to curse, it's a bad habit ) Diet I was good on Thanksgiving, unfortunately there were leftovers :/ But all in all, kept portions in control and didn't stuff my face. Todays workout One of the Best so far in terms of my performance and drive. Sets have been added this week and it's getting tougher but I was surprised how up for it I was today. I've never had much progress with Pull ups (palms facing away, I've always had them confused but from now on I'll refer to them correctly, in the past I've been doing Chin ups really) So eventually I started to avoid them, but since they've been incorporated into my routine I realized today that I've finally made progress, I did two unassisted
