Well you can look at 2 different ways. 1- We have alot of work to do. 2. We cant do anything but get better. I like #2 much better.

forgot to post some stats and goals: my #1 goal is body recomp. #2 has nothing to do with body but i want to be able to dunk. I play ball all the time and there are only 2 or 3 that can dunk and i want to be one of those 2 or 3. #3 get as strong as possible some stats: 6'1" - 6'2" weight - get back to you this weekend. my scales stink so have to use the in-laws arms = 16.5 waist at belly button = 38.5 chest = 44 I was in the gym real consistently to about last November. I pretty much took Nov. and Dec. off. When i got ready to back to the gym about early to mid Jan. I had lost strength and gained fat. Since then i have lost an inch on my waist and gained back 3/4 inch in my arms. Hopefully the trend will continue through this competition. good luck to everybody and let the journey begin.

I was born in Jacksonville FL and lived there for 5 years. I would love to move back but my wife doesnt want to right now. maybe later on though.

I did a widow maker at the end of every set which is a set of 20. I figured this would be better adept to a recomp with my current diet style.
