    2 tbsp peanut butter

    2hrs Prior to workout
    1.5 Scoops Protein
    1 Banana
    Milk or Water

    During Workout
    1-2 scoops AXcell

    Post Workout
    1.5 Scoops Protein
    1 Banana
    Milk or Water

    Dinner
    6 oz Chicken
    1 Sweet Potato or 3 Red Potatoes
    1c Broccoli

    Pre-Bed
    2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    1c. Cottage Cheese
  3. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

    Thanks! Been able to get in my zone whenever i get 3 scoops. Matter of fact, i'll go 3 scoops today for my back workout! :D
