The pump is what happens as the blood surges through your body and engorges your muscles. This is such a great feeling for any lifter as it provides a feeling like no other. You are ready to crush the weights and anyone that stands in your way. It is great or I should say it was great until a new rush took over my body once I started Supersize. This new feeling was so much better because my muscles felt full of blood but capable of getting fuller and fuller. The downside of a pump is that it tends to limit your muscle contraction and limit your reps in a set. With Supersize, and the nitrates in the product, you get a muscle swelling that continues throughout your workout and beyond. You aren't stopping short of your rep goal because of a pain in your muscles. Your muscles continue to swell and you have no option but to walk out of the gym with swagger. Bottom line, muscle pumps are cool, but muscle swelling is a whole new ballgame. You go ahead and get pumped, I'm gettin SWOLE!
I have to agree with you.. .I can be honest and say that I didn't enjoy the first couple of shakes of SuperSize, but it's getting better.. But seriously, I can't wait to try the new version of the taste
honestly, the taste doesn't bother me. it's mild, so the flavor doesn't really create issue. i hate overflavored drinks, it seems to leave the taste in your mouth for hours
I like the effect but the taste is bad and not subtly so. Overall 3 scoops was my sweet spot and I could see buying this product once the taste is fixed (seriously think flavoring was left out of my sample tub)

I believe most of the stock right now is still the old flavor. But something interesting....if you bought that, you could get a new unit for next to nothing after using the form on the link.
