Well its time to start my first cycle of the year. Reason for this cycle. Is do to my lusting for slacking and food. I need to kick start my workout. In full gear. My past cycles with Ax kicked so much butt I back. The cool thing is that I have not lost that much from the past cycle. Little weaker but still have the shape from the past cycles. Only difference is that I have fat over it . Yes I know sexy. Goals for this cycle is to shred and dice the fat off. Also at the same time gain some muscle. Am I crazy maybe a little. Here is my cycle. Stim-x 1-2 morning Carnobolic 4 pre work out ----2 on non workout Mass fx 1 and 8 week 1 in morning and 1 evening Week 2-5 and 8-12 2 morning and 2 evening Hyperdrol week 1-4 2 in morning and 2 in evening Hard fx week 5-12 2 in morning 2 in evening Tst 4 in morning Lean fx 1 morning 1 mid day and 1 evening Items that I will be using in this 12 weeks of fun. Carnobolic Hyperdrol Hard FX Mass fx TST Stimulant Lean FX Axcell MaX ONE AtP Fuzz vitmani N.O Xploade ( I wish AX had its own NO) On food I plain to eat around 1,300-2,000 cals a day. Yes I know that is low but it will show great at the end. High protein is the goal so I am shooting for 200g a day. Sugar goal is to be below 40. Going to cut cards as low as I can. But I will have one high carb day. My weapons to help grind the way. Bowflex --- I have used it in the past and does a great job, it not like the gym but works. Cycle --- great to ride for hours Elipical --- great for full body cardio Some free weights Looking to add a pull up bar to the gym. Also a punching bag. The Gym Goal is to get up and do some cardio, not a lot but some. Then go eat breackfest. Wait hour or 2 then hit the gym. Goal is to work out before 2-3. The N.o keeps me up at night if I take after 4pm. Goal is to sleep 7-8 hours a night to recover. During this cycle I know I have to go to the doctors and I also might be traveling to Europe. If I do go to Europe I will hit the gym and double up the workouts. I will also watch what I am eating. Harder to do so when so far away from home. But overall I will give this one my all.

Day 1 March 17 th I decided to do a easy start day. I didn’t want to kill myself the first day as you can see I have extra loven. So I jumped on the bike. I did a 30mins ride. 6.5 miles and burned 138 cals. Not bad for a couch potato. I know that I can do better. Weight that I start was 234.4. First dose of pills made me feel little crappy. I think it was do to that I did not have anything in my stomach. Plus all the food that I ate the day before. I cut all the high sugar out of my diet or I like to say improved food plain. For food I ate oatmeal, some roast beef,1 pound of chilli about a cup and a half, and then ate a taco salad for dinner. I also had a small hand full of nuts.
Day 2 March 18th To day i had a little set back. I woke and i didn't feel 100%. I Had some nuts and roast beef and slice of bread. I took the morning pills and still kind of crappy. about 2-3 hours i threw up. so my work out did not go 100%. I did ride the bike for 10 mins and the did some pull downs. by that time i felt worst so i decided to stop and recover. to day is the 19th day 3 of cycle. To day i about to hit up the work out, I did not take the hyperdrol to see if thats what is causing the issues i had the day before. I did not have the same issue as i did the day before but i still feel not 100%. it could be something else but i will skip 2 days to see and then add it back to see if it is the issue. The bottle was open for a year or so it could be the issue. I popped my pre work out pills and getting ready to start to work out shortly. and i will post work out for today later today.
Day 3 march 19 Chest Well I Felt really good on this work out. i had that nice warm sore muscles. I did alot more then i thought i could. i also wanted to take it easy. But i did alot better then i thought for 1st chest day. On food I ate some meat in the morning with some nuts. lunch i ate a Polish dog. not the best meal but it was a better choice then pizza. Later for dinner i had some asparagus and pasta with meatballs. i wanted to have a carb day. i want to log more detail on food. i will try to set up a excel layout in coming weeks. this will show more detail and will give me numbers that help tweak work outs. overall i feel good. day 4 i plain to work abs and bike work.
Hope your feeling 100% too, I guess it could be the hyperdrol if its been open for a long time but I wouldnt of really thought so. Personally I think my stomach would find it hard to deal with that many capsules though.
I agree big d, I have a weak stomach and space out my supps to make sure there's a buffer between them, although latley I've gotten better. to my knowledge most supps when expired simply tend to lose potency. I think the plan for easing back into is good and I would play around with the meal and spacing them out a bit to see what works best.
To day is the 22. Here is the last workout i took off sunday and monday. on the issue that i had i still testing on witch sup is the issue with. today i took everthing then the stim-x. i feel brand new. this coming week i plain not to take the stim-x. then next Week i will add it to see if it is the issue. One important thing is that i have learn is that supplements work and may not work, or may have different efects. It all depends on the persons body. basicly it just be my body that has an issue. I working out today. i did ride the bike and plain to ride again.
Sounds like a good idea, test the supps out and see which one that might give you a problem.. Have you considering going heavier with fewer reps ? It's something I would suggest while being on that cycle.. Atleast try it out!
eiz-- Yea i love to go heavier. i will on the next week run. witch is i guess tomorrow. man reason i not fully going out and pushing lower reps is i do to my bow-flex maxs out of 310. or 155 each side.. but i will get back to that... i thought i had a doctors appointment but its not till monday. i am finishing up todays work out.
