Guess it's my turn! This here log be my little wee bit for the pre-w/o product. Yarrrr...

Some background for the past few weeks:
-Been off stims for about 3 weeks now. Occasional small coffee or cup of tea, but that's it.
-Currently using: AXcell intra-w/o, generic multi, generic magnesium supplement
-Been a bit of a challenge to get back into it with consistency due to weather, carpooling with the family, and other time constraints.
-Current goal: Drop some belly, gain some definition.
-Current diet: Food. Usually animal- or plant-based.
-Current w/o plan: Just do work. Moderate weights, moderate to high rep ranges (10-15)
-W/O timing: I work M-F 9-4, lift about 4:30 after work. Shooting for 3-4X/ week
-Product Timing: 3:45pm - about 40-45 minutes before GO TIME

    Prior experience:
    -oh, nevermind... :D

    Day 1:

Dose: Full dose. I'm big. I don't start at half doses to assess tolerance. I start at full doses and work up from there.

    Workout: Back
    DB B/O Rows - 70x12, 90x12
    Closegrip Lat PDs - 180x12, 200x12, 220x12
    DB Mid-back Shrugs - 70x12, 70x12, 70x12
    R Delt Flyes (cables) - 25x6, 22.5x6, 20x6, 17.5x6 (done very slow)

    Product Impressions:

Mixability: Not too bad. A little bit of white powder on the bottom of the blender bottle that didn't readily dissolve, but no biggy.

Taste: (yeah, I know...doesn't matter) Pink lemonade-ish, very strong, a touch of bitter.

Stim: Really, not a lot IMO. Despite being relatively clean, it didn't wire me. I was awake, though.
Endurance: Hard to say. I'm getting back after a little hiatus. My stamina is crap. Over baseline, a little above normal, but nothing huge right now.

Pump: Nominal. Wasn't feeling huge or bloated. Easier to tell pump with an arm/shoulder workout for me. (That's coming...)

Focus: Decent. I have extenuating circumstances for getting in "the zone" right now, but am trying to get there as best I can. Overall focus was decent today. I'd say that I was motivated to get in and do work.

Other: A little stomach discomfort after drinking it, but that might have just been the flavoring playing hard on my stomach. The only other thing in there was a little Oikos greek yogurt eaten about 30 minutes prior.

    Important Note:

No offense to anyone logging this, but I am not reading other logs. Period. I make a habit of not doing so when I am testing a product alongside others so that my opinion remains untainted by the testimonials of the others. This is a habit I've followed for quite some time now and enables me to provide my honest and untainted opinion. If anyone testing needs assistance along the way, please ask one of the reps. Also, out of courtesy, I ask that you do not post your experiences in this log. Comment away, but please don't clue me in.

    Thanks!!

Niiiiice logg, Bro! Just what I expected from you! Very clean and very detailed! :)

How do you wanna aproach the next workout ? Will you up the dose or will you try the same?
  6. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

For the sake of the test, I will keep the dose the same. That gives me 4 days worth of product to try out. Chances are good that if/when it comes out, I'll probably take a bit more anyway. That usually happens.

Cool, looking forward for your next workout (Hoping it's the guns!) :)
  8. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

I'm hoping to get in there tomorrow. If I do, it'll have to be short - about 40 minutes. If I have the energy, I'm going to attempt a bicep-shoulder blitz workout and see how far I can get with it.

    hello Tim

    no Zombies......really?
  10. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

    hello Maite

No, no zombies. Only me. :)
  11. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

Wednesday - VERY pressed for time.

Workout: Biceps and Shoulders (front & side)

    DB Lateral Flyes - 20x12, 25x12, 30x10
    --Superset with--
    DB Curls - 40x12, 50x12, 60x10

    DB Preacher Curls - 30x15, 30x15, 30x15
    --Superset with--
    Fr. Delt Plate Raises - 45x12, 45x12, 45x12

And that is all I had time for. SUCKAGE!!! Had to go pick up the wife from work. 20-minute workout.

Stim: Overall, I was really tired today. Didn't sleep well, had a boring morning, then had a board meeting this afternoon. I was severely draggin' ass. Then I took the product. Within 15 minutes, I was up. By the time I got to the gym, 35 minutes later, I was ready to go! I was up, I was motivated, and I pushed it hard. No jitters, no crash and it's 90 minutes after I stopped lifting, and no complaints.

Pump: Workout was only slightly conducive to a pump with higher reps, but I did notice some forearm veins popping out readily during the first set of lighter curls. They don't always show up, but they did today. Overall, decent pump, but inconclusive right now.

Focus: Definitely motivated to get work done today. I found myself pushing harder than I could keep up with and actually had to stop for a break. Heavy breathing - my cardio sucks! I was certainly getting into the zone today, or atleast close enough to it to push hard and make the little bit of time count.

Other: No odd stomach feeling today. I ate my little greek yogurt about 10 minutes before dosing and felt no upset stomach. No headache, no jitters, no nothing bad to report today. All in all, a decent experience.

12 sets in 20 minutes? I'd say you were cranking it out. Looking good man.

    Update:

No lift today. Came down with something yesterday and was completely exhausted. Not sure what it is, but hope to kick it over the weekend. Next lift planned for Monday...with any luck. :(
