I bet the PWO is better for colds than anything OTC :-p
  2. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

That might be so, and I'd gladly dose it to find out! But lifting with exhaustion and a touch of vertigo? Neh...

Working out is the best thing to do when you've got a cold. It helps clear all the phlegm out of your system.
  4. The_Rock_Says The Rated U Superstar

Yeah I do. It was empty tonight - so it didn't go like that...lol.

Hope you get well zoon zombie-tim! Looking forward to see more fancy and fluffy pink updates from you :)
    Take care, bro!

Despite being off on vacation this week, I am going to make a good attempt to be there two days just to finish out this testing stuff. Tomorrow may be a wash, so unless I take the car and burn an extra $10 in gas just to drive back and forth all day, I won't be at the gym. It's still undecided, though. Tuesday looks decent enough, and Wednesday has a slightly higher chance of rain, but I may try for that as Day 2. Thursday is definitely out. The morning will be detailing the bike for the show that starts at 6pm. Friday is my day with momma at the rally, followed by evening with both the girls there. Saturday... I have a feeling Saturday could get wild. :D

Busy busy busy, as always bro! You sure know how to keep yourself occupied, still can't understand how the hell you can get bored sometimes!

Going with Mommy to watch Rally ? That's nonsense, It's the devil... <--- ;Movie quote!!

I'm back!!! Took the week off to do biker stuff and did have a good time with it. I had planned to hit the gym, but the weather got the best of me. Kinda hard to make it there soaked and get anything done. Wifey had the car all week, so I was kinda SOL. But, I'm back in there this week and ready to rip!

Short n sweet. Ok, not short timewise cause I got into a good talk with The Rock, but still nice to get some weight moved. Now for the review part...

Dose: Full dose, 3/4 shaker of water.

Stim: As before, it was a nice kick in the teeth to get moving. Coming back from a week off and having a crappy Monday with no coffee, I was draggin come quittin time. I dosed about 15 minutes before and almost immediately started to wake up. Energy throughout the lift was great, and beyond that I'm still more awake than I was this afternoon - about 4 hours after the gym. No crash, no buzz, slight jitters when I wasn't up and moving (my feet were a bit restless), but overall a good experience. For me, just the right amount of go-go.

Pump: Overall, the workout didn't have much in the way of pump-inducing rep schemes, but I did note a bit of a definition increase in my shoulders as I progressed. It wasn't huge, but for what I was doing today, I'd say that it was definitely a bit more than expected. I'm not very vascular (higher bf%), but have some nice forearm pencil-pipes that pop on occasion. This stuff is bringing them out consistently when I do anything involving biceps and grip.

Focus: As with the mentions of the stim above, no fade and good attention/energy today despite a lazy Monday at the office. My focus was better than expected, and while I was hitting it hard, it was decently easy to get "in the zone" today.

Other: Cracked into the second tester bottle today. Not sure exactly what happened, but HOLY NIACIN FLUSH, BATMAN!!!! I downed half of it immediately after mixing, and my stomach started to get tight. Nothing really in there except 2 pretzels. It was a bit uncomfortable, but only lasted about 2-3 minutes. Then it began... getting red, feeling warm, turning redder, and all the signs of a LOT of niacin. I downed the rest of it and packed up to get to the gym. About 15 minutes later I was there, 5 minutes after I was in my gym attire. Came out and it looked like I was sunburnt good from head to toe, even the parts of me that were tan and not tan matched with good bit of redness. It was kinda tingly, definitely warm, and was overall pretty odd. It was different, so I thought it was kinda cool! (I'm bizarre, I know...) In all, it did last for probably a good hour before subsiding. It was a different feeling, and I know it's probably been mentioned already, but I'd expect this to be looked into and changed. Those who are more sensitive will definitely not like it.

And that's about it for today! Next lift, I hope, may be tomorrow, but it'll be a shorter one. We shall see...

Last one! Finished it up today with the last full dose. Time was limited in the gym, but I decided to do some quick chest work with low weight and high reps just to see how it'd affect "the pump factor".

    Thursday: Chest (kinda, sorta, mostly)

    Flat Bar Bench for reps
    Bar x100 (under 1 minute) - 2 minute rest
    Bar x50 (about 45 seconds) - 2 minute rest
    Bar x50 (about 90 seconds)
----Yes, I was watching the clock....----

    Cable Crossovers
    35x15, 32.5x12, 30x10 - 1 minute rest between sets

45-plate Fr. Delt Raises (Like to hit fr delts when I do chest for some reason)
    Plate x 15 - 3 sets

Dose: Full dose, 3/4 shaker of water.

Stim: Just as before, long day at work and really draggin. Took the product, was definitely awake within 15 minutes or less. Smooth, no crash, and a good jolt of "go-go".

Pump: Though my workout was geared towards a pump today with higher reps, the usual "pump" was enhanced. Not the best I've ever had, but it was certainly there. It's what I might expect from a "multi-use product" and not a "pump-only" one.

Focus: Good attention to getting work done today. I was watching the clock and timing things a bit more than usual, and I was pretty focused on getting things done. All in all, no complaints and no concerns with this, IMO.

Other: Definite niacin flush again today. It came on quick, was very very strong, but didn't last quite as long as it did last time. I didn't get much of an upset stomach at the onset either, which was definitely good! Other than that, can't think of much else.

Gonna give it till morning then come back over this at some point tomorrow (or the next day) and do a final summary. Comments and questions are always welcome.

Glad you got the time to go to the gym and lift some shit! That usually ups the mood abit, atleast for me! I'm kinda impressed that you respond so well to the stim with that dosing.

Can't wait to start talking with ya about your experience and the other testers :)

    Keep the training up bro!
  11. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

It's been a few days, and I've had a training session without the formula to assess the difference. Here are my final thoughts in brief:

Stim: I liked this part the most. For me, working out after work is often tough because my energy is often zapped by the time I get to the gym. I've been going stim-free for over a month now after using StimX almost daily for the past year and a half. The stimulant in this is appropriately dosed for my size. It is enough to carry me through the workout and a few hours beyond, but not enough that I have trouble falling asleep at night. It is a smooth stim, very clean, no jitters, and no noticeable crash when it wears off. Personally, for my own applications, this is where the product shines the most. I've been looking for something with this effect, and if this is released, I've finally found it.

Pump: I'm pretty outspoken when it comes to pump products. I don't see much use in them other than a possible ego-boost in the mirror at the gym to motivate you to work harder. The product has a mild pump effect to it, comparable to a mild product like CL's Glycergrow, but not quite as profound as some of the other dedicated pump products out there. The pump isn't a major concern of mine, but what I have noticed with this is adequate for my needs. Not too much, but just a little. It works for me.

Focus: To me, a lot of the focus factor of any supplement works hand-in-hand with the stimulant used in it. Though this is simply caffeine, the clean energy that I got from it let to a good increase in focus. I was able to stay in the zone for a good amount of time, and when using it, I can honestly say that I've been more driven to push harder than I have been since I stopped using stims.

Other: Aside from the nasty niacin flush, which will be taken care of, I really have no complaints about this product at all. The flavor was not final, which is good because it was pretty harsh! (Uber-pink lemonade FTL! lol) Overall, if this is priced competitively, packaged with about a month's supply in each container, then I see it as doing quite well for AX. I'd easily pay $30 for it, possibly $40... but I have no say in that and I am a pretty cheap bastard. HA!! :D

Hope you enjoyed the reviews, folks. To all who tested alongside me, I hope it went well for you, and thank you very much for helping us out!!

On to the next! (And back to my regular log in the training section!!!)
  12. The-Professor In the lab. BRB.

This is NOT simply caffeine to increase focus. Re-check the ingredient list :).
There are 2 other things that have a noticeable effect on focus.

One more thing. What amount is your "full dose" ?

Lol... Tims amount if ofc Bear size, Trevor! ;)
  15. TiM Prob'ly Bigger than You Admin

Eh, whatever it is, it didn't do a bad job! lol

My "full dose" was half of a vial.
