D_ What would the optimal dosing go for say fish oil. Right now I take it breakfast, lunch, dinner, prebed with my Lecitin. Would there be any benefits to take it preworkout in the AM?
GI transit time dictates the preworkout thing. How close to your workout are you ingesting the "preworkout meal?" Additionally, you are more subject to EPA/DHA concentrations rather than fish oil alone. What is the concentration of these fatty acids in your pills? Some authors have recently suggested up to 40 grams through the day...and I am likely confident that they should remain strength coaches with that suggestion rather than into nutrition. Such a high tally over time can lead to a very significant anti-coagulant effect that supercedes reason. Anyway... I await your response... D_
My meal (generally a shake) is ~1-1.5 hours preworkout. The pills I take are 240mg EPA and 200mg DHA.
