    Ok I got a pretty little box in the mail last night . Gotta love a small box :)
    Thanks to AX I will be testing out your preworkout supplement.

    I will be doing legs today and will start out with 1 serving 30 min prior and 1 serving intra if need be .

    I was locked out of the forum and just got let back in ( longstory )(short story I hate face book )


    Weight 188lbs
    Height 5'9"
    Age 38. ( A few weeks away close enough)
    Training exp off and on since 1991

    I will have to drop my clout since it is a creatine based product and just use this test product for the time being . I want to assed the product the best I can and give honest real world feed back .




    With all that crap out of the way I will hit my legs after a long hard day at work . I will report on Thursday

    Ok back on topic

    Ok I used half of 1tube (aprox 25ml) in 20 oz of water today drank 10oz at first to assess my tolerance .I drank it on my way home from work . After around 15 min I felt the energy rush . I did not get any flush feeling like others have noted .
    By the time I got home from work I had drank approx 14 oz and was in full swing to work out my legs.

    Work out went real string and sipping on another 2 oz and I was really amped so I did not finish off my drink.
    I was pushing hard today as I had energy that would not go away. I ended up doing box squats started out @ 135 for the warm up of 10
    Went to 225 for 10 reps ( on a 16" box just parallel ) I moved up to 275 for a set of 5 with about a min rest I hit it again and went nice and strong . After that I added on some weight another 50 #'s to make it a 325 lift at the top and aprox 225-250#s at the bottom with my bands . I removed 4" from the box for a 12" box (past parallel ) put on my leg wraps and gave it hell . I ended up doing 2 sets of 10 . Finishing off strong.
    I also hit some stand up calf raise with 325 on the bar 3sets of 10. To finish off my legs I did str8 leg dead lifts for the hams
    I went rather light but squeezed 95#s 3sets of 10



    Ok as far as the drink goes
    I noticed it had some weird looking floaties almost like pulp and the flavor reminded me of a fruity / grapefruit flavor kind if tart ( :/ ) nit really a flavor I would want to use all the time or buy for that matter.
    I did not notice any pump from the product :( I did have a decent pump but nothing like a preworkout that had a NO supplement in it. I really like pump products :]

    Thanks for the log. One FYI, this is not the flavor the actual product will be. This was just a quick and fast flavor added to the test product. The finished product will be a berry flavor that tastes very good.

    Good workout out! As Admin wrote, this is not a final flavor at all, no need to concentrate on the flavor until we have a decent product.. If you have tasted AXcell, you'll know that the taste will be something in the class of that ;)

    I smiled a bit when I read that it didn't give so much pump.. Cause that exactly what I want from the product.. A good PWO with clean energy and as little pump as I can get (Personal thoughts)...

    But really good workout! I like the box squats... For me, they give such a sweet and killing burn in the outher thigh :)

    I did forget to mention my warm up with leg exts light and high reps

    I have not tried the AXcel was going to pick up the bogo at DS but I think they only had orange and I can't stand orange drinks at all
    I had 2tubs of thermolife pump Bol and could not hack the flavor and was not happy with the results after a week of NO pump and nasty orange flavor that I sold both tubs for the cost of 1 and threw in some extra products just to get it out of my house .

    Lol that's just me


    I will add in some agmatine Friday on shoulder and arm day just for the mental part ( I like the added pump )


    I do think once you get the flavor down it should be s hell of a pre work out even At this point
    Now if you offer it in a pump and non pump version ;) lol I would go with either agmatine or creatine nitrate or both :)

    Stay tuned for the next episode as I plan on killing it Friday

    Sweet! We're all looking forward to see how it goes then! Will be very interesting to see how it goes with a smaller muscle group... Maybe you'll find that the pump is more then enough on these easy stimulated muscles :)

    Offtopic again, you should really try AXcell Artic Berry, it's absolutely fabolous... I haven't tried the Sparkling Orange yet, to be honest.. But I have never really had any need for it either, since I'm so satisfied with Artic Berry :)

    I'm not familiar with Agmatine, or perhaps I am, but I don't recognize the word.. (From Sweden you know)..Do you mind explained just a little bit what it is for us who don't know ;)

    Agmatine is in a feew products now

    one of the first was BluePrint from MAN Sports

    it is a great pump product

    If AX sends me some I would be more than willing to try it but ATM funds are a bit tight

    Agmatine is arginine without the carboxylate group.

    in retrospect, that probably doesn't help you out, Eiz.

    Ok today I had a hell of a great energy and focus day.

    I used 10 ML at first in 20 oz with ice in my shaker . Slammed it and was feeling good . I had some other stims first thing in the morning ( 2 fatsmack caps )

    shoulders and arms today I was sweating my AXX off . I was out in the sun as I got off work earky today and was working around the house. waited till around 2:30 PM to get my work out on.
    Remember I work out in the Garage. It got to hot and I shuit it down early .

    Standing shoulder press BB ( behind the head )
    95 X 10
    105X10
    115X10
    125X10

    then moved over to the Smith ( it pivots 15 deg fwd and backwd for a real feeling but I have no spotter so this is safest

    In front standing press
    120 X10
    120X8
    120X8

    Ft lat raise / side lat raise
    25X10 / 25X10
    25X10 / 25X10
    25X10 / 25X10

    Str8 bar wide grip curls
    100X10
    100X10
    100X10

    Pullups with rings BW. Palms facing in
    2 sets slow and controlled for biceps.

    Triceps
    40 close grip push ups

    I was to hot shut it down

    over all I like the energy I sipped on another 10ML during my workout :D

    Cooool! Another Garage lifter! :) Don't you just love it when it's only you and just you in the gym and nothing , well besides the obvious heat right now, can distrub you really... Like people using the machine/equipment you were about to tke on next! :)

    Good looking workout! How do you like sipping on the PWO during the workout ? Does it affect any of the fatigue between the sets ? Probably a hard question to answer, but still felt the need to ask it :)

    Great workout HG, I feel ya on the temps, We have a "feels like" temp today of 100 with 74% humidity. I sort of have the same question as Eiz, How do you feel sipping during the workout affected your training?

    Hmm, so it doesn't attenuates the growth hormone response to resistance exercise like arginine does, when it's taken orally?
