my real name is Sergio Rocha but i go by rochabp, i was one of the lucky few to be selected to test out the 12 hour diet luckyly for me im on a cut so i hope it helps me greatly. My style of weight training is DC, cardio will either be in morning on empty stomach or after weights. My cardio will be about 3 miles a day at an okay pace no stopping or intervals just good old low intensity cardio which i find works best for my body. BF is in the mid teens im about 220lbs i was way less but some stuff has kept me out of gym but its not too bad. i will report on mood, hunger, fat loss, weight loss, muscle loss, energy, and concentration levels i hope you guys follow along for the ride i will make a new thread in the log section.
